Qn 1 – Answer for this question helps us to identify persons who reciprocate

Qn 2 – If answer for above and this question this same, then there is a possibility of clique formation

Qn 3 & Qn 9 – Same answers from 3B and 9B helps to identify disinterested person spreading

gossips. If this guy is the central node in the network, then we need to formulate proper plans.

Qn 4 & 7 – Answer from Part A indicates the advisor members in a team. Answer from Part B

indicates a person who seeks advice.

Qn 5 – These are the people whom the employee wants to share his frustration (or) spend time with.

Qn 6 & Qn 8 – Part A answer helps us to know knowledgeable or top technical talent person in the

team. Part B answers helps to know persons who seek help in problem solving.

Qn 4A & 9A – If answers to both questions are same and the person is a central node, and then there

can be a possibility of him being an influencer

Qn 10A – If answer for this qn is a HR/Manager person, then it may identify that respondent is a

peripheral node most probably. If answer for this is a Manager, then we should know whether the

manager is an approachable person (or) not. This qn is based on the idea that people generally ask

about procedures to persons who have done it before.

Most talkative person is considered the negative node in the network

Most silent person qn is asked to get the possibility of peripheral node
