• Intelligrated Connected Warehouse
– Honeywell created a fully automated warehouse using conveyor belts, this division goes
under the name of Intelligrated. I worked as an onsite consultant for a customer to develop
and test recommendations for increased throughput, and reduced late order processing.
– Helped instantiate a database that captured all the scanner and sensor events generated,
and then created the sql queries and tableau dashboards to follow the trends and kpis
– Built a Gradient Boosted Tree to determine what factors were most important for
throughput and late orders
– Developed, implemented, and a/b tested 3 recommendations for plant operations
• Non-Technical Loss
– A large scale IoT project involving electricity meters with the end goal being edge devices
detecting electricity theft
– Built out an elastic regression to classify usage as theft vs non theft
– Compiled a data requirements list based upon academic research that had been done in
the field, I then consulted directly with the customers to inform them what data they need to
collect in order to detect non-technical loss with just monthly readings. Delivered 1.6MM$
from customer contract
• Vocollect Analytics
– Vocollect is a Honeywell system that manages warehouse operations, using voice instead
of scanners. This was an insight dashboard problem. the customer wanted to build
insightful metrics for warehouse picker operations
– Built a dashboard suite in tableau by clustering workers by their punch in times and
then creating different metrics allowing end user insights to vary from an individual shift
manager all the way to a chief supply chain officer
• ProWatch
– An IoT security product where all badge sensors report to a single SQL server. Due to the
large volume of events the security team was overwhelmed and couldn’t drive value out
of the data collected
– Coded a custom scoring algorithm based upon histogram based outlier scoring and the
customer’s domain knowledge of which dimensions to search across. After events were
scored I created a dashboard that would allow them to answer quick follow up questions
such as tracing the users event log for the day and common access patterns
• UAV Solar Panel Health
– Image analytics problem, identify issues with solar panels malfunctioning
– Built deep learning model that identified anomalies from the IR images of solar panels.
Using the gps coordinates of the image and opensource drone image stitching I also
created an algorithm that what give a more precise location of where the anomaly was
in relation to the entire farm
• UAV Utility Pole Inspection
– Image analytics problem, identify issues with utility poles from drone imagery
– Built a solution that could identify cracks in wooden utility poles and rotten wood. Then
packaged it into an azure kubernetes service image
