Who is this man that has turned the religious world upside
down?
Claiming religious tradition is keeping the truth of God the
father of us all from the earth.
Religious standards have become traditional god worship by

all caught up and chained to the pulpits around the world. This
god is so powerful that it destroys all who defies it, who are not
written in the book of life.
This god has outlawed reasoning, understanding and

constructive soundness. It defies any person that tends to
change its doctrine, church standard or break the chains of
any person that is chained to its throne. This god has changed
the true plan of salvation into a lie to damn billions of souls
The ultimate plan of salvation is in the Ultimate Picture Bible of

nature; shown to all mankind by growth in all matters: A
beginning, a maturing a death until the new God Man is
formed to rule the new earth in the full stature of Jesus Christ
the perfect example for all to obtain. Nature dictates all
answers to the perfect plan of God for all mankind in the
earth: Confirmed in Romans 1: 20.
Who is this man that has turned the religious world upside
down? He is the messenger from Shiloh: Sent to gather in the
harvest through restored hidden mysteries as confirmed in
Genesis 49:10.

Strange events
These strange events that happened to the messenger will

mystify many. They are happenings to the messenger to bring
full attention to the events he must carry out to bring back into
view the forgotten Doctrines and mysteries for the true Church
of the living God and His Son Jesus the Christ.
They are hid from all others until they meet with the standards
revealed from the messenger. Only first hand experience will
reveal the matter written here in. The truth of all matters will
only be revealed to those filled and led by the Spirit of Truth.
This group of people is exposed in the article: Apostles
foundation. Read it to see if you qualify? Are you established
in Faith, which all the right way comes to you by?
This means you are praying by beseeching God to give you all
your hidden answers and not depending on man to enlighten
you; John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man
love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him,
and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
You belong to God! You are His Child! He is well able to

enlighten you. With all of this in you, who else do you need to
enlighten you and restore you back into knowing Him and His
Son’s voice???

The job of this messenger is to help all to accomplish God
ruling in peace from the center of all: May God grant you
entrance. John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know
them, and they follow me:

Shiloh Vision
There I stood, tears streaming down my eyes, convulsing,

with my heart about to break. The heavens opened with a great
thunder; my whole body was shaking with fear. I fell prostrate,
I could not move, no strength was left in me. Then I felt a touch
come from out of heaven as a hand lifted me and a voice spoke
to me and said, "Arise and receive strength and proclaim the
message I will reveal for the 21st century and beyond until
Jesus comes to your Temple." I saw and behold my heart
opened up as a book with empty pages, and the pages became
full with words to be taken into the 21st century. A voice spoke
to seal the message and it was made known to me and sealed. I
was troubled and began to question this great message. I was
given permission to speak and said, "Lord, this message cannot
be spoken, for the people cannot hear, for they have become
one with a different message and their ears and hearts are

sealed to that message." Then a voice spoke loud and clear!
"The message that has been sealed unto you is only for those
that I have broken and separated apart. Not all will hear, only
those that I have appointed to hear will hear. It will be hidden
unto the rest for they have a hard and unrepentant heart.
They are stiff-necked and refuse to hear. All tender, good
ground will receive the seed. Go now and proclaim it for it is
time! This is the message for the 21st century and beyond until
Jesus comes and the redeemed are sealed."
GERUSALEM ORDER. Gerusalem meaning: GOD
RULING IN PEACE FROM YOUR CENTER. All people
appointed from this day forward shall be engaged to Christ as
the Gospel has proclaimed from the beginning. A standard
shall be set for higher vision to bring this engagement to pass.
All of those that have ears to hear and a heart prepared to
receive it; study until you know and are a part of the message.
Bring it to pass in your life, it is your redemption for eternal
life and all that will hear you! "Here is how I will bring you
forth," saith the Lord! "It shall be just as explosive and sure as
proclaimed in the first part of the message, but only to you. All
others will experience nothing or not understand you. I will
bring you forth as proclaimed in the Gospel according to

nature: quiet and sure until you experience all and are mature
(FULL AGE)."
My heart broke and tears flowed freely from my eyes. I
was so alone and God knew why. He spoke, and the words He
said still echo in my heart. "I am sick and tired of men leading
my people around;" only my loneliness and I knew what He
meant. From that time forward, the pages of my heart were
being filled; not by power nor by might, but by the Spirit as
the Lord proclaims.
On one page was written: JESUS DID NOT DIE IN
YOUR PLACE AS YOUR SUBSTITUTE! Over two years I
struggled with the Gospel of Nature until this was settled in
me. Then I came forth and was ready to battle and put this
darkness out of concerned souls. Jesus did not die in anyone's
place as his or her substitute. JESUS WAS THE EXAMPLE
FOR ALL TO FOLLOW! HEAR HIM! Follow in His
footsteps! Pick up your cross and follow Him! Does this sound
like a person that died in your place as your substitute, or for
your example? Then I understood and the message was sealed.
Jesus is the Head. We are the Body. We must go and die with
the Head. Since this time forward, many pages of my heart
were filled and sealed, to be passed on to the 21st century and
beyond…

It all came together when God revealed to me after the
message was sealed for me to deliver it to the people.
I spoke and said, how can I deliver a message to a people when

they already have a message sealed in their heart?
He spoke and said, the people you have sealed in your heart
are not allowed to perceive the message; they will not hear. He
directed me to this scripture to confirm the statement; 1 Cor
2:9-16.
I spoke again and said; how can I deliver the message to all the
people to reach the few that will hear? He directed me again to
this scripture; John 6:44. No man can come to hear the
message until God first draws him. They all must hear that the
few can choose who they will obey. The message is for
whosoever will, let them come and drink freely.
All people are allowed to hear that which is seen, that which is
seen cannot be denied but explain that which is not seen. Then
he directed me to this scripture to confirm the matter; Rom
1:20.
I answered Him and said; how will they recognize me? He
spoke to me and said; tell them who you are. I spoke again and
said; Lord who am I?
Then He revealed to me who I was.
After all of this I spoke and said; how will the people believe
what you have revealed to me? He spoke again that which I
have revealed to you cannot be denied by them; if they
disagree then ask them what part is it that they say is not truth.
But Lord that will not seal the message that I deliver to them.
Tell them to follow the same example that I have given to you
and to come to me and bleed out their heart and I will reveal to
them who they are, this will then reveal to them that the
message is true. Then He spoke and said; who can deny that
God should not rule in their center?

You are a messenger from Shiloh, tell them. You are not to
convince them, this I will do when they follow your instructions
from me. I will reveal to those I choose.
He spoke to me in numbers
All of these numbers confused me until the Spirit of God

covered me as a cloud; then I began to see clearly in the cloud
what no other was allowed to look into.
It was made real to me, to show to me what others could not

see this put me into the state of an unbeliever to show what an
unbeliever had to go through. Then I began to understand why
people could not understand until God removed the barrier
that blinded them.
God would also cover them and make their life clear. Then I
understood the burden they also had. No matter how great the
message or the messenger; only God that made the eye could
focus it to see.
Only the Spirit filled pure in heart could look into the matter.

Traveling North on Rt. 13 from the field of man ( Mansfield ).

1+3=4 to 4 square yourself up, you go north towards the throne
of God to Rout- 603 6+3= 9 the end of all visible numbers. You

turn left on 603 to complete your journey to Shiloh which is 7
miles: 7 are complete.
Gen 49:10. 4 is squared up, 9 is the end of all visible numbers.

10 = 1 to begin over. You take 603 to Shiloh to be square from
13 1+3= 4. Double it up and back, 7 miles up and 7 miles back
to Rout-, 13 = 14 miles 1+4 = 5. 5 is the right hand of God or
the 5 fold ministry forming you into perfection.
You double 603 you get 1206, you divide it onto three parts you
get 666; the beast number of man to be cleaned up from the
message from Shiloh – The nature of Jesus following in his
steps.
The great mystery is God put it into place thousands of years

and through eons of space in a little speck on earth before it
ever existed in the 20th century and beyond to stop the skeptic
mind for future judgment. All of this and people still refuse to
look into it or claver a great mystery.

These revealing may or may not mean anything to another
which is prevalent out side of my world.
When at times I had doubt, God revealed to me personal
events to strengthen my goal that I would not wander from the
path that was laid before me.
I, like others are not allowed to look into matters until I met
the goal that qualified me.

This, I had to go through to experience what I expected of
others. As a forerunner to warn others the experience became
real in feeling the depression, pain and trouble of real events
we all go through.
This is my story; you judge and begin to ask God about your
life, for your life and you are the most important thing in your
world: Don’t let it pass you by. Cultivate it, nourish it and
protect it with all you have and don’t let another replace your
head with theirs; God loves the one he put on your shoulders.
My story
Glenn Otis Baker – Born 1932= 15= 3+3+3+2=11; natural and
spiritual= complete in body and spirit; the way of the world.
The 3rd month is March, which is spring or the beginning or
the first month in bible time. 1+3+3+2=9 the end of the mater
and ready to be restored.
At 2415 Spring mill I received the Holy Ghost. Spring was the
water that ground out the mill. 2415=12-1+2=3= Body, soul
and spirit, complete. God completed the work the 6th day;
24=6+15=6, 6+6= 12 complete in the natural and spiritual man;
12 hours of darkness and 12 hours of light.
At the time I received the Holy Ghost, I lived at 343
Hammond; 3+4+3=10, beginning= a new start and begin to
decode the Holy Scriptures; the spirit, scope and intent.
All of this is covered to hide the truth of the matter from the
fallen nature of the rebellious creature.
They were driven from the truth; (the tree of life) and the
garden which housed it.
They were not allowed to partake of it until Shiloh (Jesus)
comes, Gen 49:10. If you have ears to hear; hear! I am the
messenger of restoration; my mother was from Shiloh Ohio, I

Who Am I?
Lord, these people will not believe the message; they have been
trained to believe another. He spoke and said, "Those that I
have called will believe". I said; what have I to offer that they
will believe me? And He spoke and said, "Tell them who you
are." And I answered, who am I?

The plant in the field, rich in good and evil, God has poured
out on you all of this slop to make you grow up to heaven, to
receive the ingredient to bake into a loaf to feed to all that
hunger. They do not have to look and search out in you a clean
spot to believe, or a dirty spot to disbelieve the message, for he
has poured out on you and covered you well.
This is what He revealed.
I am Glenn the valley of the earth. I am Otis the elevator up to

heaven. I am the Baker that receives the ingredient from above

Mansfield the field of man and I am at home on Home road,
which the loaf goes forth from. Number nine, which is the end

All numbers of nine added or multiplied come out 9. My house
number is 1224=9. I dwell in Ohio which is the beginning of the
Mid West states (middle), which my loaf comes from. Ohio is
named after the Ohio River, which is 981 miles long, 981=18=9
and starts in the east and runs to the southwest into the
Mississippi, which runs into the ocean for the world to carry
my loaf to all people, which are the waters. I am the father in
the earth of Gerusalem Order, which introduces all into
Higher Vision. Re-establishing the foundation of the faith,
hoping for the unseen substance (Higher Vision) which all the
righteousness of God comes through. I am the messenger who
delivers the loaf to the 21st century and beyond until Jesus the
Christ of the living God comes to his temple.
My house dwelling is on the East Side of the assembly

entrance, from which the tribe of Levi was camped. The law
from God (instruction) came through the tribe of Levi. The
assembly entrance is also on the East Side. The altar stand is at
the north, which the throne of God empties out the authority.
I am not the message. I am the messenger, the Baker into a loaf

to be fed to all that hunger. My loaf is the step by step
procedure that introduces all into Higher Vision, that the loaf
can feed all the hungry for re-establishing the faith that was
once delivered unto the saints. I was born at 241 Richland Ave.
in Richland County in Mansfield Ohio. My loaf is complete
241=7 Richland. Who am I? I am Glenn the oldest of my

Who Am I
I am Glenn Otis Baker the one that is not perfect. My speech is

slurred, my words at time are not clear. My jaw is out of line;
my upper tooth is in the center of my jaw that causes an
impediment. My whole body is flawed from being desperately
wicked. I am nothing that anyone would desire. I am just
Glenn Otis Baker. I am by the Law of Moses a misfit in the
earth.
If you have sought out those that went before me and have
found no flaw and they were perfect in your sight and you did
not believe their message, then I came forth flawed and

March was the end and the beginning month. (1+3+32=36)
3+6= 9, the end of the matter. My days here on earth are about

You are the most important person in the earth!
You cannot be a son or daughter of the living God and not be

important. Do not dwell on unproven negative thoughts of
what people say about you. You are important! The image of
God in you says so. You are so important you have the power
to create or destroy; it is all at your disposal.
The common reason you do not step outside of these bounds is

because of the image you were born in. That image is God; all
are brought into the world with that image inside of them. No
matter how rich, poor, good or evil you are, you are still a child
of God, and you have rights in the presence of God. Through
tradition and time, the image inside of you has weakened.
Note! You must always remember this: Do all you can to

cultivate that image in you that it can grow, that you will be

reinstated back into full power; able to govern and control
your whole being through the image of God in you.
God states the whole creation is in travail waiting for your

manifestation as a son or daughter of God, read it - - Rom.
8:18-23.
It is time to take your head back and put it on your own

shoulders and let the image of God created in you, rules your
own body. You are complete and unique in that image.
That image you were made in was given control over all the
earth -read it. Gen. 1:26-28. This was not only talking about
Adam and Eve: IT WAS TALKING ABOUT YOU!
You need to begin to take control and fight your way back to
the tree of life through labor, John 6:27. That tree is still
protected and waiting your arrival- read it. Gen. 3: 24, Rev.
22:17. Now it’s your turn, God is no respecter of persons, let
him reveal, who you are? Read the article titled "God is! Prove
Him out." Ask him, who are you? And begin your restoration.
Read the following example of what God had showed me. Who
am I?
God is! Prove him out
Your deliverance for restoration begins with God revealing

Himself to you by rewarding you.
He will bring you out with Great Substance. The following
instructions will bring it to pass.
Exercise the words of this messenger and you will prosper to
know God Is.

1. Go into the presence of God to bleed your heart out; raise
your hands with out stretched arms towards the heaven in
total surrender; align your heart accordingly.
2. Begin to empty your heart out in confession of need, with
strong crying, until your vessel is empty; your tears will be
no more.
3. Then make your request known unto God from your heart.
Keep repeating it until you experience a peaceful warm
burning heat saturates your body. This will be a sign your
petition is granted.
Remember God is a consuming Fire and the warm burning

heat will consume all doubt and destroy the destructive work
that has caused the problem. You must practice this command
from God until you are aligned as Jesus stated, with all your
heart, soul and mind with no ill feelings towards another. Read
it for confirmation and begin your restoration. – Matt 22:37-
40.

If you are skeptic or in doubt that Jesus Christ is the answer
for restoration in your earth; then the Almighty challenges you
to prove Him out.
In the Old Testament God did not allow a sacrifice to be

offered up to him until it was drained of all blood. The life was
in the blood; old blood, old nature.
All must take on the life blood in Jesus Christ, which is the
Spirit of Truth, (Holy Ghost).
Jesus made it plain He was the life, light of the world and the
life in his blood was the Spirit of Truth.
John the baptizer, baptize Jesus in water and as he came out

the Spirit of God descended on Him as a dove; Matt 3:16-17.
All individuals that will hunger and thirst after the right way
of God will be filled as he was and be led by the Spirit of
Truth. Only those that are led by the Spirit of Truth will know
truth and be a child of God. Read it in, Rom 8:14.
Every individual is responsible to their creator to grow up to

be totally independent. This is confirmed by nature. It takes a
baby approximately 16 months give or take a little according to
their response to be able to walk on its own. To do this it has to
teach every movement to be comfortable in programming itself
to be totally independent.
The Creator is proclaiming it loud and clear through nature in

pitcher form what their duty is before God and all people.
The make up of individuals after the fall from the Spirit of

Truth took on three additional entities. One – The beast. Two-
The good. Three – The evil. This makes the creature four
sided: Image of God – Image of beast – Image of good – Image
of evil.

God is watching every individual to record their actions and
wording wile on the earth; which nature each person lets that
image rule in their life. The answer to every human is in Gen
3:22-24.

The sign from Heaven that the message is from the God of
heaven, your creator, that will be given to you are, when you
bleed your heart out until your tears will be needed no more:
Then the sign will be given to you.
Your crop will appear as you water it: It will grow and bear
the fruit from above. This tasteful fruit will convince all
skeptics and unbelievers.
Here is what you are to do!
Begin now today, by bleeding out your heart; your old life. Set
this standard and continue day and night; no matter where

you are or what you are doing; walking, driving, standing,
sitting, laying down or working. Set a standard within yourself
until the goal is accomplished. When you have bled your heart
out with strong crying, these waters will soften your old outside
shell of your seed and when the fullness of water of tears had
done its job your new life will spring forth in a plant worthy to
be nourished by your creator and enjoyed by all partakers.
When this new life fills your vessel, you will see the sign: Your
new plant growth. Your continuing to crave for the answers
from above will eliminate all doubt.

This is the message of restoration from Shiloh
The seven thunders
God was going to open up to me the seven thunders in the 10 th

chapter of Revelations. 1-0=1 was the beginning to deal with
the seven Spirits make up of the god man. The seven Spirits
were with the first created man as Colossians the 1st chapter
describes.
They had to be revealed to me to pass on to all that God would

call to create their man to rule the world to come. The seven

thunders were hid and sealed to the end as stated in 2
Thessalonians the 2nd chapter after the falling away. The seven
thunders are the seven perfect Spirits of God as described in
Isaiah 11:1.
The falling away is described in 2 Thessalonians these Spirits

would teach us after the falling away. Then the man of sin
would be revealed by the seven perfect Spirits of God which
are the seven thunders. The thunders are still silent and only
sounded when each person begins to restore their own head
back on their own shoulders: This is why there are seven holes
in our head; the government and rule of our bodies

It all came together when I awoke at 4:30 am.
I had this dream and it puzzled me. I was considering the
dream and asking what it meant?

All at once a voice spoke and said: The Seventh Angel Had
Sounded. I had been working hard the previous week, working
on the World Wide Web site.
Then it opened up to me about what the Seventh Angel was

speaking. Right then; I knew what my mission was all about:
What the Seventh Angel was speaking
Then I knew what my mission was all about in the earth. I got
so excited I wanted to call everyone. A voice spoke and said;
call Bob! I wanted to call everyone. I was told they were not to
be called; only Bob.
I considered it in my heart and said it was after Four thirty in

the morning, he would not be up. It spoke again loud and
clear; call Bob I grab the phone and left a message on the
answering machine and said: The Seventh Angel had sounded.
I hung up and the voice spoke, look at the clock, what time is
it? The clock said 4:44, and spoke again; what is the date
January 22 at 4:44 am. Add up the three fours plus the 22
which equals 16= 1+6=7, the end of the matter and to begin to
start over.
The voice spoke again and said what month is it? I said
January the first month of the year; 2004 = 6, the number of
man to began to utter the Seven Thunders to usher in the new
beginning.
I was instructed to go to the book and read the 10th chapter of

revelations and the 4th verse about the unsealing of the 7
Thunders. The seals were broken before my eyes and I was
commanded to utter what they had spoken before many People
and Nations.
