Part A1: 60 Questions (Q. No. 1 to 60) – Each question has four alternatives, out of which
only one is correct.
Part A2: 10 Questions (Q. No. 60 to 70) - Each question has four alternatives, out of
which any number of alternative (1,2,3 or 4) may be correct.
❖ Marking Scheme:
Total Marks: 240
- For part A1, +3 for each correct response, -1 for wrong response & zero for no attempt
- For part A2, +6 for each correct response, Zero for no attempt & No negative marking

Overall Analysis & Cutoff
• Difficulty of paper was moderate in comparison with JEE Main & Advanced Level Papers.
• Some questions were lengthy in terms of calculation and some questions were easy
directly from NCERT (Topic – Semiconductor).
• Questions were from almost whole syllabus of 11th & 12th.
• Overall Paper was easier compared to last year syllabus.
• Cutoff Marks may increase.
• Expected Cutoff by Rao IIT Experts
