a) Customer choice

This is the secition researcher tried to identify what the customers really want from the party
palace where they are being serverd.
For this researcher set some criteria and asked consumers to select any one of them. From
malewa part palace researcher has taken 40 sample and 30 fom rose garden and star banquet
respectively. Options are given as variet and quality and variety only. The outcomes are given
below.

According to above table, out of 40 respondents from malewa party palace 32 want both
quality and variety that includes 20 male and 12 females. But 8 among them want variety only
that includes 5 male and 3 females. From rose garden researcher has taken 30 respondents
among whom 14 were male and 16 were female. From 14 males 10 wants variety along with
quality where as 4 donot want quality much more but variety is essential for them. From star
banquet researcher has taken 30 respondents among them 12 males want to have both quality
and variety whereas 8 females want to have it too. But for 7 male and 3 female quality is
secondary variety is compulsory.

According to above figure, out of 40 respondents from malewa party palace 32 want both

that includes 5 male and 3 females. From rose garden researcher has taken 30 respondents
among whom 14 were male and 16 were female. From 14 males 10 wants variety along with

b) Events held
Any party palace is incomplete without events. So, in this section researcher is trying to track
the events through the interview with hotel owners.
Events has been classified into four categories they are educational, meeting, ceremony and
other. Educational events include any seminars for students, student programs etc. Meeting
includes organizational gathering, ceremony includes birthday, marriage etc.and finally others
includes those events that are organized village committee and gathering of friends etc.
Some data obtained through in-depth study of number of events till now are enlisted below.
All below informations are enlisted on the basis of answer obtained from owners’ words.

According to above table its clear that among 190 events held in malewa party palace 10 were
educational, 70 were meetings, 81 were ceremony and other are 29. Among 232 events held in
star banquet 27 were educational, 82 were were meetings, 120 were ceremony and 3 were
other events. And finally, among 95 events held in rose garden 14 were educational, 27 were
meetings, 49 were ceremony and 5 were others.

According to above figure it’s clear that among 190 events held in malewa party palace 10
were educational, 70 were meetings, 81 were ceremony and other are 29. Among 232 events
held in star banquet 27 were educational, 82 were were meetings, 120 were ceremony and 3
were other events. And finally, among 95 events held in rose garden 14 were educational, 27
were neetings, 49 were ceremony and 5 were others.
c) Discount policy
Nepal is such a country where people often look for the discount. Discount is the amount
which is not charged while buying anything.
This policy is being used by various organizaions and party palace in order to gain customers
and make customers satisfied. Discount policy are divided into three different categories they
are: festive order, bulk order, regular discount. The data is presented below:

According to above table, during festive season all party palaces will give same amount of
discout i.e 17% and for bulk order as well there will be no more than 10% where regular
discount is a lower i.e 2.5%.
Festive order represents order placed during festival periods like dashain, tihar and many
more. Bulk order is the order more than 100 items per customer. Regular discount is 2.5% that
is for less than 100 items per customer.

According to above , during festive season all party palaces will give same amount of discout
i.e 17% and for bulk order as well there will be no more than 10% where regular discount is a
lower i.e 2.5%.

According to above table, in rose garde 1135 customer visited among them 75% are male and
25% are female. In star banquet 1782 customers visited and among them 54% were female
and 46% were male, finally in malewa party palace 46% were male and 54% were female.
The given data concludes that rose garden and star banquet has more male visitors where as
malewa party palace has more female customers in comparision to male.

According to above figure, in rose garde 1135 customer visited among them 75% are male and
25% are female. In star banquet 1782 customers visited and among them 54% were female
and 46% were male, finally in malewa party palace 46% were male and 54% were female

e) Establishment capital structure


Every business needs some investment which is needed to establish business. In this category
researcher is trying to explain what kind of capital structure is necessary for establishment of
business.
Here debt represents loan and proprietorship represents amount invested by owner themselves.
Data resated to establishment capital structure are enlisted below:

According above information, rose garden is being established with heavy debt of 60% and
40% of ownership capital. Star banquet established with 50% loan and 50% proprietorship and
finally 35% of malewa party palace is established with 35% of debt and 75% by
proprietorship.

According above figure, rose garden is being established with heavy debt of 60% and 40% of
ownership capital. Star banquet established with 50% loan and 50% proprietorship and finally
35% of malewa party palace is established with 35% of debt and 75% by proprietorship.
f) Order meet up ability
In order to maintain customers any business need to meet its order in proper basis. If it
couldnot meet the order then it will be really difficult to achieve the higher position in market.
While finding such information researcher asked to manager for providing total number of
data and from them percentage has been determine. The data are presented below

According to above table. Star banquet has 91% of order has been fulfilled easily and 19%
order were rejected due to low holding capacity. Malewa party palace has been able to attend
it s86% of orders where has 14% orders get rejected. And in rose garden 82% order were
fulfilled and 18% remained unfulfuilled.

According to above table. Star banquet has 91% of order has been fulfilled easily and 19%
order were rejected due to low holding capacity. Malewa party palace has been able to attend
it s86% of orders where has 14% orders get rejected. And in rose garden 82% order were
fulfilled and 18% remained unfulfilled.
g) Satisfaction measurement
Satisfaction is very subjective term so researcher went through customer analysis. He took 30
respondents of male and 30 females from each restaurant.
And question is asked as are you satisfied with services? Options were given as yes and no data
are presented below:

From above table we can identify that among 20 respondents from rose garden 13 respondents
are satisfied with the service that includes 8 males. 6 females. But 6 are not satisfied which are
categorizing as 2 males and 4 females. In the same way, researcher has taken 20 repondents
from star banquet among who 12 are satisfied with the service including 7 male and 5 female
and 8 customers are not satisfied with the way it looks the customers.malewa party palace
became able to make 14 satisfied customers and 5 are unsatisfied with it.

From above figure we can identify that among 20 respondents from rose garden 13
respondents are satisfied with the service that includes 8 males. 6 females. But 6 are not
satisfied which are categorizing as 2 males and 4 females. In the same way, researcher has
taken 20 repondents from star banquet among who 12 are satisfied with the service including 7
male and 5 female and 8 customers are not satisfied with the way it looks the
customers.malewa party palace became able to make 14 satisfied customers and 5 are
unsatisfied with it.
Why dissatisfied?
After identification of dissatisfied customers researcher wanted to find out the reason behind
the dis satisfaction and he set the questionnaire by giving options of what is lacking? Quality,
taste, service, and other. Results are posted below:

According to figure number 9 and table number 9 In rose garden most of customer are
dissatisfied of its quality and services. In Banquet high dissatisfaction is on service. And In
malewa Party Palace people are dissatisfied with taste of the food.
