rotating machineries for Turbine, Engine, Compressor and Generator.

We provide aftermarket system solution to retrofit the existing units to improve the client’s equipment
availability, save the valuable resources and meet the operational needs.

Our main activities are in Indonesia, followed by Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore.

Business Development Manager (Power Sector)

(Jakarta/Bandung)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities.

• Establishes formal sales plans and strategies.
• Assist in the generation of commercial/technical proposals.
• Attend meetings with prospective customers for contract negotiations.
• Carry out product and company presentations.
• Attend exhibitions.
• Support network of Distributors.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, knowledge of the offshore market, key
market drivers and competitor position.
• Involve in technical/commercial suggestions or solutions that will enhance the
overall competitiveness of company product.

Requirements:

• Strategic and resourceful

• Self-starting and disciplined attitude
• Excellent communication skill
• Possess good business acumen and able work independently
• Minimum experience of 5 years in power sector, and at least 2-3 years of
managerial experiences, preferable with own customer base in PLN, PJB,
Captive power stations
• Able to travel within Indonesia, 50% of time and able to drive
• Proficient in Bahasa & English language.
• Report to HQ in Singapore monthly

Attractive Remuneration package (basic+ commissions) will be offered.
