Processing: Mix phase A at room temperature until the components are completely dispersed and
homogeneous. In a vessel, wet phase B with a suitable part of phase A. Pass it through the three rolls mill
twice, then add it to the rest of phase A. Mix well until the pigments are homogeneously dispersed. In a
separate vessel, mix the components of phase C until they are well dispersed, then add them to phase
A + B. Mix well. Add phase D and mix. Add the phase E slowly while stirring until it is homogeneously
dispersed.
Additional Info: Viscosity: 6000 cPs +/- 20 % (T 25 °C – spindle 3 rpm 10 Brookfield DV-E).
Stability at 40 °C for 1 month.

Processing: Disperse Carbomer powder into water under agitation. Allow to hydrate until ho-
mogeneous. Add premixed phase B ingredients to phase A. Add phase C to phase A + B slowly
while stirring. Add premixed phase D to phase A + B + C. Add phase E slowly while stirring until it is
homogeneously dispersed. Check pH. If necessary, adjust pH with Triethanolamine to 6.5–7.0. Stir
until uniform.

Processing: Prepare the water phase. Dissolve Hydroxyethylcellulose and Citrus Aurantium Sinen-
sis in cold water with propeller mixer. Dissolve Arginine. Start heating to 80 °C. At 60 °C add Black
Iron Oxide. Continue heating to 80 °C and mix until uniform. In a separate vessel combine phase B
ingredients. Heat to 80 °C. Mix until uniform and add to phase A. Add Silica under stirring. Mix until
uniform. Cool to 40 °C. Add phase C ingredients. Check pH. If necessary, adjust pH to 6.0–6.5

Processing: Hydroxyethylcellulose and Gum Arabic should be pre-dispersed with water at 60 °C in
a suitable vessel. Add Butylene Glycol and Lecithine later and stir. Use Triethanolamine (99 % wt.) to
adjust the PH to 6.5–7.0. Then add the Nylon-6 and keep stirring. When phase A is uniform, heat
the phase A to 80 °C with stirring. Phase B is weighted in a suitable vessel and heated to 90 °C until
all waxes and solids are melted. Then add Phase C while stirring and keep stirring for 5 minutes.
Add phase D Isododecane while stirring for about 2 minutes. Add phase B-D into phase A slowly
while stirring at 80 °C. Stir for 5 minutes at 80 °C. Then the emulsion is homogenized at 90 °C for
15 minutes. Then cool to 45 °C. Baycusan® C 1004 is added to the emulsion while homogenization.
