AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, Christine Joy Macaspac, of legal age, Filipino, and currently

residing at 1513 Tower B., Antel Pasay City, after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I have been employed by Yihua Philippines Group Inc. as a

reception.

2. Last December 17, 2018, I entered a wrong date of employment

with Yihua Philippines Group Inc. in my SSS Registration. The
wrong date is April 3, 2018.

3. The correct date of my employment is June 5, 2018.

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the

above-stated facts, for any other legal purpose which this affidavit
may serve.
