NOTIFICATION

The Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.M.S.No.6 dated 08.01.2007

prescribing the rules relating to the constitution and functioning of the AFRC for professional
courses in Private Unaided Professional Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The
Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee proposes to review and
determine fee structures for the programmes, viz., BE/B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, Pharma-
D/Pharma-D(PB), B.Architecture, B.Planning, M.E/M.Tech, M.Arch., M.Planning,
M.Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, B.Ed, M.Ed, LPT (Telugu), LPT (Hindi) & LPT (Urdu) Courses in the
Private Un-aided Professional Institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the Block
Period 2019-20 to 2021-22.

The Managements of all the concerned Private Un-aided Professional Colleges in the
State of Andhra Pradesh are hereby directed to submit relevant data, relating to the year
2017-18 together with audited financial statements for the year 2016-17 and 2017-18 at
http://afrc.ap.nic.in by 31-10-2018 up to 5 P.M. (last date for submission of the
relevant data), as per the guide-lines available in the same web site. Online submission can
be made from 03-10-2018 onwards. The data shall be furnished programme-wise, paying
the processing charges, as prescribed in the guidelines, through online payment gateway.

The colleges, who have not proposed any fee proposals or unresponsive and do not
submit the relevant data, are not entitled to collect any fee for the block period 2019-20 to
2021-22. As per the Judgment of the High Court of A.P., in W.P. No.16547/2010 and batch
dated 29.10.2011 reported in 2012 (3) ALT 686 (D.B.)
