Control Mechanism, reward and punishment

The HR department intervenes into the operation whenever necessary and the managers
are answerable to the HR to prevent employee abuse without any solid evidence of fault.
Employee performance is judges by the manager of the employee and is communicated to
the HR for promotion or punishment purposes. The decision of HR department is final in any
dispute or issues after a committee has been setup to investigate the matter

Rewards can be in the form of cash or gold and it varies as per the job done. 2% of the profit
should shared with the team who performs the job.
The family of the employee should be given a compensation in case the employee dies on
duty and their children’s school or college is fully funded by the organization.
Employees families are not to be involved in the business in any situation and this rule has to
be strictly followed (breach of this rule leads to death penalty).

The business runs on loyalty and any breach of trust can lead to severe damage to the
operations and loss of human life and capital .Punishment needs to be severe since the
business is dangerous and there is no room for mistakes and betrayal. Suggested
punishment is death penalty in case of severe mistakes or betrayal , for small wrongs done a
limb should be cut off . To ensure the credibility of an employee a task has to be performed
before joining and the consequences of mistakes are made understood to the employees
before joining the organisation. It’s a one way street and there is no looking back.
