AFFIDAVIT OF SINGLENESS

I, REIGNDER PATRICK MAGITING, Filipino, Twenty-nine (29) years old and

with address at Brgy. 83-C, Ilang-ilang, Tacloban City after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I was born on August 19, 1900, to spouses Renerio D. Magiting and Patricia C.
Magiting;

2. I am actually single, and have never contracted marriage in the Philippines or

elsewhere; and

3. Under Philippine laws, I have no legal impediment to contract marriage;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, and as
supporting documents in my application for a marriage license;

5. Further, this Affidavit is executed for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
