FARABI YANBU Petrochemicals Company (“the Employer”) is one of the leading producers of
Paraffin & LAB (Linear Alkyl Benzene) products operating a successful paraffin and LAB facility
located in Jubail, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As part of its ambitious growth plan, the Employer is now planning to establish a new normal
paraffin and linear alkyl benzene facility in the Yanbu industrial area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project configuration includes process units, utilities, tank farm, loading facilities, process and
non-process buildings, offsite facilities and other facilities required for operating these units.

LTHE Onshore has been awarded an LSTK contract to build this plant and LTC has been awarded
the detail engineering activities for the project.

1. ITEMS TO BE QUOTED

The following items (material and services), required for FARABI YANBU Petrochemicals
Company, located in Yanbu, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be supplied in accordance
with the requirement specified in this requisition and documents attached herewith.

ITEMS TO BE QUOTED:
 Level Switch as per requisition.
 Any other sub-system/auxiliary instruments/items not listed in these
requisition/annexures/attachments but required to meet the requirements
specified in the documents.

2. STANDARD DEFINITIONS

3. CODES & STANDARDS

(1) Design, engineering, materials, manufacturing, painting, inspection, testing,


preservation, packing and forwarding and documentation shall conform to the codes &
standards as mentioned in attached annexures and attachments / data sheets.
Wherever edition is not mentioned, latest edition prior to inquiry shall be followed after
confirmation from Purchaser. In addition, any requirement as per Governmental
Regulations and Local Laws & Regulations shall be complied by Supplier. It is assumed
that Supplier is in possession of latest edition of applicable codes and standards.
(2) Where neither code nor standard is specified in Specifications / Attachment / Annexure,
Supplier shall propose applicable codes and standard on which Supplier’s design and
manufacturing is based. In any case, Supplier must furnish a list of codes and standards
other than those specified in this document, which shall be followed by them during
engineering for review and approval by Purchaser / Employer.

4. SUPPLIER COMPLIANCE
Supplier shall submit compliance statement, attached with this Requisition, duly filled in
along with the offer.

Refer Annexure-02 for Supplier's Compliance format.

5. DESIGN CHANGE
During order execution, only following can be considered as Design Change, if agreed by
Purchaser in writing:

(a) Issue of revised Purchase Requisition, which has cost & time impact
(b) Purchaser’s comments on Supplier’s data / documents, which are beyond the scope
of supply/ work of Supplier as per agreed Requisition, if agreed upon as additional scope
between supplier and purchaser.

In both cases (a) and (b) above, Supplier is obligated to immediately bring to notice of
Purchaser in form of a “design change notice” with adequate back up details and justifying
the claim.

After Supplier issues the design change notice, Purchaser shall review and confirm
acceptance in form of written acknowledgement and would provide authorization for the
applicable cost/time impact requesting Supplier to proceed with such design change.

Till the time such authorization is obtained from Purchaser by Supplier, Supplier shall not
proceed with the design change. If Supplier has proceeded with design change without
raising the design change notice and Purchaser doesn’t agree to the design change notice
subsequently, then Supplier shall not be eligible for any such claim. Change order sent in
any other template than attached here will not be acceptable.

Refer Annexure-06 for Design change notice format.

6. CONFLICT

The Requisition shall be read in conjunction with all other specifications and documents
attached.
In the event of any conflict actual or implied, among the documents, the most stringent
requirements shall be applicable. However, Supplier shall refer back to Purchaser for final
decision.

During order execution stage, In the event of conflict, actual or implied, amongst documents
relating to this Requisition or enquiry or order, the more stringent requirement(s) shall apply.
Supplier shall identify and state such conflict(s) in the course of engineering / manufacturing
to obtain Purchaser’s concurrence.

Similarly, if there is a conflict between the printed enclosures / catalogues / specification and
other statements of Supplier’s quotation, superior specification advantageous to the
Purchaser shall prevail.

Order of Precedence in the use of Specifications, standards, codes and regulations shall be
as follows:

a) Process Licensor standard drawings and standard specifications, as identified in Process


Licensors’ Process Design Packages;

b) Regulatory Authority standards and specifications such as, but not limited to, HCIS
standards, RC standards and other applicable standards for the offsite works;

c) Instructions and requirements contained in project specifications datasheets and


drawings/ documents provided with this requisition.

d) Other national and international Codes and Standards.

In cases of conflict between documents, the most stringent requirement shall apply.

7. SCOPE OF WORK AND SUPPLY

Supplier’s Scope of Work / Supply have been broadly defined in Table-01 of this Requisition.
Supplier to note that in no case their scope of supply / work shall be limited to content of
these Tables only. However, all agreements as noted in the contractual documentation as
mentioned in Purchase Order (PO) shall in any case prevail.

It is Supplier’s responsibility to verify the selection of type of item, material of construction of


each component as per the data mentioned in individual specifications / data sheets /
Requisition. Supplier to suggest an alternative, in case not found suitable. Supplier shall
stand guarantee for all items supplied by them, including their bought out items. Supplier
shall be completely responsible to supply all required materials and services, including that
of sub-supplier for satisfying the functional / operational requirements stated in this
specifications and Purchase Requisition.

Items not indicated clearly in the Supplier’s offer, but required for technical requirements
shall be considered as included in the Supplier’s scope of supply. Any deviation proposed by
the sub-supplier for such shall not be taken into account. Such items shall be considered to
be completed by Supplier on his full responsibility.

7.1 Spare Parts & Consumables

Spares philosophy shall be as mentioned below.


The spare parts shall be packed separate from the main order. Each type of item shall be
packed and duly marked with the Purchase Order, applicable number (if any) and spare
parts identification numbers, related tag numbers etc.

Itemized Packing list of spare to be provided separately in water proof envelop by Supplier
along with dispatch of spares.

Vendor to provide filled Spare parts interchangeability record format for all Spares mentioned
below in excel and PDF (OCR) format Refer Annexure-03 for more details.

7.1.1 Spare Parts for Erection, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning

Supplier shall supply all spare parts required during erection, pre-commissioning and
commissioning of the item, which shall include any parts requirement replacement, soft /
fragile parts, construction allowance for bulk material, consumables etc. based on past
experience and as per their recommendation.
Supplier shall submit the list of such spares along with offer for Purchaser / Employer review
& approval.

7.1.2 List of 2 Years Operational & Maintenance Spares

Supplier shall provide a separate list of quote for supply of Spares for two years operation as
recommended by Supplier.

The required spares as per the philosophy are to be included in the supplier’s quote and
supplier to submit along with their offer such a list with unit price. Wherever “Each Type” is
specified, it means “of the Type / Make / Model / Size / Rating and exactly replaceable.

Supplier shall submit the list of recommended spare parts of specialized items not covered
under list of 2 years operational spares provided here, along with itemized price.

The quotation should contain sectional drawings showing location and part no. (For exact
identification) & material specification.

The offer for supply spare parts for 2 years operation shall be valid for a period of at least 2
years from date of supply of equipment.

7.1.3 Consumables
Supplier shall submit list of consumables indicating quantities and basis in their offer. If no
consumables are envisaged for the items under the requisition, then supplier to mention the
same in their offer.

7.2 Special Tools & Tackles


Supplier shall supply the necessary special tool & tackles which are required at site during
installation, alignment calibration & maintenance. List of such special tools & tackles as
recommended by Supplier shall be submitted along with their offer in format attached in this
requisition. Refer Annexure-04.

7.3 Inspection and Testing


Shop inspection and tests shall be carried out in accordance with the requirement specified
in this Requisition, its attachments, applicable codes and standards.

Supplier shall prepare project specific quality assurance Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), which
shall be in line with project quality assurance plan, for Purchaser / Employer’s approval.
Supplier shall carry out test and inspection as per approved ITP. Purchaser / Purchaser’s
representative / Third Party Inspection Agency / Employer shall join inspection as per
approved ITP. Refer Attachment-10 of this Requisition for Indicative Inspection and Test
Plan.

Inspection and/or witnessing of tests by Purchaser / Purchaser’s representative / Third Party


Inspection Agency / Employer shall not relieve Supplier of his responsibility for material,
quality workmanship and others.

Supplier to Refer Attachment-09 for “Vendor Shop Inspection Procedure” specific


requirements.

7.4 Supervision during Erection / Installation / Pre-commissioning / Commissioning/Start up.


Supplier shall provide services for site supervision for installation, pre-commissioning, start-
up and commissioning, site testing, guarantee runs etc. as per agreed per Diem rates
Supplier shall provide rates for engineer and technician separately.

7.5 Statutory Approval & Certification

Supplier shall submit the statutory certifications from nation (HCIS etc) and International
authorities (IEC-Ex) applicable for the supplies/services covered under this requisition.
Supplier shall ensure that the certificates are correctly reflecting the applicable hazardous
area classifications / service descriptions as applicable.

In case for any item, Supplier does not have statutory certifications, they shall assume full
responsibility to approach the authorities and obtain the certification. They shall obtain all
back-up documentation from the manufacturer, which are required to be submitted to the
authorities for obtaining the certification. A copy of application along with the enclosures is to
be submitted to Employer / Consultant for reference.

For any sub-ordering (eg. electrical & instrument items), only those manufacturers who are
providing the requisite certificates shall be only selected.

Supplier shall submit this certification prior to dispatch. Accordingly, they shall plan their
activity considering usual duration required by the authorities for issuing the certification.

These certifications are to be submitted at least 12 weeks prior to dispatch of main


equipment.

7.6 Data & Documentation Requirements

Supplier shall submit data & documents required for post order stage and final documents as
per Table–02 (Supplier’s Data / Document Requirements)

Relevant Paragraphs in terms & conditions, KOM, preliminary accepted DCI shall form the
basis for documentation requirements. Supplier needs to specifically emphasize on the
documents mentioned as data requirement from supplier for interface engineering at
purchaser’s end and ensure that the same are submitted without any delay.

Supplier shall submit a Vendor Document Register identifying all the drawings and their
submission schedule within 2 weeks of Purchase Order.

As part of Drawing submission, Supplier shall provide a Material Take-off (MTO) for all items
(including an editable Excel version) that will be supplied separately indicating part number,
latest drawing reference and drawing revision. The MTO shall be updated by the Supplier for
revision in respective drawings. Spares as per category (Erection & Commissioning spares,
2 year operating spares and Capital spares) shall be identified separately. Supplier shall
provide a reconciliation of the MTO identifying the Package number and Packing List
reference after each shipment.

Supplier shall take note of the following for project documentation:

i. Submission of Sub-Suppliers’ Drawing and Documents:


Supplier shall check and duly stamp their entire sub-suppliers’ drawings and documents
before submitting to Purchaser / Purchaser’s representative for review. If they submit their
sub-suppliers’ drawings / documents to Purchaser / Purchaser’s representative without a
proper indication ensuring completion of the review activity at their end, the documents shall
be returned without any review and any delay due to this shall be attributed to Supplier.

ii. Document Review:


Purchaser / Purchaser’s representative will return the documents / drawings submitted by
Supplier giving Purchaser / Purchaser’s representative’s Review Code.

All comments must be incorporated into documentation by the Supplier in order to receive
final review Code, except after written agreement with Purchaser / Purchaser’s
representative waiving the requirement for the comments to be incorporated in the
document. Resolution of Comments in prescribed format shall be submitted before the
submission of revised document. Changes shall be duly identified in the revised document.
Any revised document submitted without resolution to earlier comments or revision control
shall be returned without any review and any delay due to this shall be attributed to Supplier.

The above does not absolve or limit the responsibility of Supplier despite review by
Purchaser / Purchaser’s representative. They shall also be responsible for the correctness
and completeness of the documents/ drawings submitted by them to Purchaser /
Purchaser’s representative with respect to the requirements of Requisition/ order. While the
submission of documents/ drawings, Supplier is responsible to ensure:

- Correctness of all the inputs required for the preparation of the document submitted.

- Interface with the other engineering functions (Within Supplier) are taken care by Supplier.

Review of document by Purchaser / Licensor / Employer or their representative may not


necessarily be exhaustive in nature. It is responsibility of Supplier from supply of goods /
services point of view that these are as per the requirements of Requisition / Contract.

As Built Documentation:

Supplier shall furnish reproducible and electronic files of all the drawings under their scope to
Purchaser, certified as “As-Built Issue” by Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) for Items
coming under Third Party Inspection. Upon completion of identifiable units or components of
the fabrication, construction and installation phase of the project the Supplier will complete
all the related plans to the "as built' stage. Final documentation shall be issued in PDF OCR
format with all drawings / documents to be submitted also in Native format. Bill of materials
to be submitted in excel format in addition to PDF. The final documentation index shall be
approved prior to submission of Final documentation.

Requirement of documentation i.e. no. of copies, media (hard / soft) etc. shall be as per
Table-02.

7.7 Progress Review and Reporting

Upon receipt of job / project, supplier shall submit weekly progress report covering progress
of engineering, procurement, fabrication etc. for Purchaser’s review. Supplier shall use
template provided here along with this requisition for progress reporting (Refer Annexure-
05).Information required other than specified in the template, if any shall be provided by
supplier as and when asked by Purchaser without any schedule & cost impact. Progress
report shall include Sub-order plan giving the list and status of all sub-orders placed or yet to
be placed.

7.8 Sub-Supplier (Sub-Vendor) Selection

7.8.1 Compliance to procurement of material from approved sub-suppliers is mandatory and shall
be fully complied with. Acceptance of any deviation from approved Supplier list shall be
subject to Employer’s approval.

7.8.2 For items not covered in the above list, the Supplier list shall be approved by Purchaser prior
to placement of order by Supplier. Supplier shall list down the proposed sub-suppliers for
such items and submit the same for Purchaser’s approval with necessary documents. Non-
acceptance of a particular proposed sub-supplier due to any reasons whatsoever shall not
be a cause of schedule and cost implication.

7.8.3 At any stage, if it comes to the notice of Purchaser / Employer that Supplier has procured
material / equipment, intentionally or otherwise, from an unapproved sub-supplier and / or
items not falling in approved range of sub-supplier, the same shall be rejected forthwith and
Supplier shall be liable to replace such material / equipment without any schedule and cost
implication to Employer.

7.8.4 It is understood that should the name of sub-suppliers be changed due to change in their
Company or Corporate shareholding, Employer will accept such Suppliers / sub-suppliers
under its new name with prior approval. Any such approval shall however, not release the
Supplier from any of his obligation under the contract; neither shall any such approval signify
instruction to use such a sub-supplier. All approved sub-suppliers are deemed to have been
freely chosen by the Supplier at his own risk.

7.8.5 It shall be the responsibility of Supplier to check that the selected models of the item shall
meet the performance track record requirements as stated in the Specifications.

7.8.6 Supplier shall make an independent assessment of capability of all the sub-suppliers for
timely deliveries of material / equipment. Any delays in deliveries by sub-supplier(s) shall not
be a cause of schedule and cost implication.

MATERIAL REQUISITION FOR LEVEL SWITCH

7.8.7 For sub-suppliers included in each category, it will be Supplier’s responsibility to ensure that
item being ordered on approved sub-supplier has been manufactured and supplied by them
(range, thickness, size, capacity, material etc.) in past similar projects or any reputed
Fertilizer / Chemical / Hydrocarbon Sector under TPI.

7.9 Guarantee
Guarantee from Supplier shall cover mechanical workmanship and performance of the
complete package including their bought out items. The performance guarantee shall be as
specified in the data sheets, project specifications, applicable codes and standards referred
in this Requisition. Guarantee is also required for Emission requirements, utility consumption
like Electric Power, Cooling Water etc for the package as applicable. Commercial implication
with respect to non-fulfillment any guaranteed specification shall as defined in commercial
part of Purchase Order.

Engineering Guarantee:
It shall be the prime responsibility of the Supplier to carry out design, engineering and supply
in accordance with the MR and such design shall also be in accordance with good and sound
engineering practices.
In case any errors or omissions in such design or engineering, attributable to the Supplier,
which require re-engineering resulting in any new requirements for the subject item /
materials / packages, the same shall be supplied and / or carried out by the Supplier within
the scope of work and/or supply and within the contractual delivery period without any extra
price and / or delivery implications to LTHE.

Material/ Workmanship Guarantee:


Workmanship for manufacture and construction shall be carried out in accordance with the
stipulations of the MR.

Supplier shall guarantee that the subject Package (i.e. Equipment and/ or Materials including
spare parts, chemicals, lubricants and consumables, if any) supplied under this Order shall
be new and unused (not reconditioned) and of recent manufacture. , are of the best quality &
workmanship, free from defects in design, material & workmanship, are suitable for the

operating conditions specified in the Order and that the performance of the Equipment /
Material etc. supplied shall be as per stipulated parameters.
Any rectification of any defective material supplied or work done shall be made good without
any Price implications to LTHE or if so considered by LTHE, shall be replaced by new
equipment within the scope of work and/or supply on DDP Site basis.

The Supplier shall guarantee and shall accept full, responsibility for all materials supplied /
installed / erected with regard to:

· Selection of material (if not specified by LTHE). Material to suit process requirements,
· Material specification and metallurgy as per Specification
· Fabrication and Manufacturing workmanship
· Work specification
· Engagement of highly experienced, reliable and qualified sub-Suppliers/sub-Suppliers,
engineers, workmen etc.

The above shall exclude damages due to normal wear and tear, application for other than the
intended purpose, improper handling or inadequate maintenance by LTHE/Employer.

Performance Guarantee:
The items designed, supplied and installed / erected shall on operation will operate to the
desired capacity to produce the desired and guaranteed duty conditions.

This guarantee shall cover the guaranteed mechanical performance for each and every
related equipment, their efficiencies and their performance as laid down in the specifications
including guarantee for power consumption as indicated by the Supplier in their Offer.

Equipment / items which do not perform to the guarantees shall either be replaced or altered,
repaired or replaced in parts or components (including dismantling, transportation, erection,
hook-up, commissioning etc.) within the relative scope of supply and/ or services at no Price
implication to LTHE/Employer and without entitlement of extension of delivery period to the
Supplier.

Supplier shall carry out all activities for collecting the required data during guarantee runs to
identify problems of non-performance for further analysis and modifications required to meet
process performance parameters.

Supplier shall be solely responsible for supply of all instruments required for establishing
performance of the subject item at no extra Price to LTHE. Supplier shall provide a list of
laboratory test procedures and frequencies thereof required for validating the performance
guarantees.

Performance tests shall be started when the machine/equipment is stabilized under design
conditions. The equipment / machine / package shall be operated and controlled in
accordance with procedures set up beforehand. The performance shall be measured on the
basis of the average of data obtained during 72 hours of performance test runs under
continuous operation of the machine.

If on any testing any material or equipment or any individual Unit of the equipment does not
meet the design, rated or guaranteed performance relative thereto, the Supplier shall
forthwith, within the Supplier's scope of work and at no additional Price to LTHE, undertake
such additional tests and/ or operations that are necessary to identify the cause of such
failure in conjunction with LTHE.

If as a result of tests and / or operation it is determined that the design/ rated/guaranteed


outputs/capacities have not been met because of defect(s) in any material, service or
workmanship, the Supplier shall forthwith arrange to repair / replace part or whole of the item
supplied with no Price implications to LTHE/Employer.

The Supplier shall, for this purpose, forthwith establish a "Time Schedule" acceptable to
LTHE / Employer for such replacement / rectification bearing in mind the exigencies of the
Project requirements. Should the Supplier fail to establish such "Time Schedule", LTHE shall
establish the "Time Schedule" and the "Time Schedule" so established shall be binding on
the Supplier.

Should the Supplier thereafter fail to adhere to the "Time Schedule" so established for the
replacement / rectification, LTHE shall (but without obligation to do so), take-over in whole or
part such replacement / rectification at the Risk & Cost of the Supplier. In so doing, LTHE
shall be entitled for identify and employ the quickest available resources of supply and / or
work.

Guarantee for each item to be reflected in attached Annexure / Attachments along with
requisition.

8. EXCEPTIONS & DEVIATIONS

Supplier shall submit a consolidated Exception, Deviations & Clarifications, if any, against
Requisition and its attachments in the format (Refer Annexure-01) only. Deviation and
exception written elsewhere in the offer shall not be considered. It will be construed that
Supplier confirm in totality to the requirement specified in the Requisition. Also Supplier shall
very clearly categorize all Clarification, Exception and Deviation under following categories:

- Category A: Deviations as per Manufacturer’s Standards design and cannot be withdrawn


in any circumstances including additional payment or time implication.
- Category B: Deviations which have been proposed as technical alternative by Supplier. If
not accepted by Employer / Licensor / Purchaser, Supplier shall follow the Requisition
requirement / Specifications without any cost and time implications to Purchaser.
- Category C: Deviations having either ‘time’ or ‘cost’ or ‘time & cost’ implications. If not
accepted by Employer/ Licensor/ Purchaser, Supplier shall inform implications for
compliance to Requisition requirement / Specifications.
- Category D: Not a deviation against any Requisition requirements. Supplier’s clarification
or basis for the offer.

9. PROVEN TRACK RECORD


Supplier shall select equipment / item very carefully to meet the specified requirement
ensuring proven track record of satisfactory performance of selected equipment / item for
similar service, meeting proven track record / experience record requirements of project
specifications as applicable. Supplier shall not offer prototype equipment / item or special

design, which was not used in the past successfully. Supplier shall revise or replace
equipment / item at any stage of the project, if Proven Track Record submitted by Supplier
does not meet the criteria or is not sufficient. Refer Annexure-09 for PTR Format.

10. PRESERVATION & SHIPPING PREPARATION

10.1 Supplier shall submit the procedure to protect and preserve the items being quoted during
transportation and storage at the construction site. Adequate packing shall be provided to
protect against rust, corrosion and damage during transportation and storage.

10.2 Supplier shall submit preliminary shipping / packing list indicating Number of boxes,
estimated size of package, Volume, Weight, Tag number etc. The Packing list shall clearly
state the part number, latest drawing reference and drawing revision. All drawings other than
operating manuals should be approved in Code A or Code C, as applicable, prior to
shipment. In case Buyer agrees for multiple shipments, Supplier shall provide draft packing
list and schedule for each of the shipments. Spares as per category (Erection &
Commissioning spares, 2 year operating spares and Capital spares) and Special Tools, if
any, shall be packed separately for each category and details provided in the Packing List.

10.3 Supplier shall take Protection and Preservation measures for the items supplied by them in
accordance with their specification considering a storage period of Twelve months from date
of shipping.

10.4 All moving parts shall be suitably locked to arrest movement during transportation, with
proper identification. All ports and openings shall be sealed. Threaded connection shall be
plugged with caps or plug. It is Supplier’s responsibility to ensure all items are adequately
protected during shipment.

11. GENERAL NOTES

11.1 Supplier shall submit all Catalogues / Manuals / Technical literature / a copy of certificates or
approvals (i.e. Valve catalogue, actuator catalogue, accessories catalogue, IEC-Ex
certification, EPA, EMI/RFI protection, Weather proof / Explosion-proof protections for the
enclosures etc.) or data for all the items being supplied including their sub-suppliers.

11.2 Supplier shall specify their local support capability in Saudi Arabia. This includes the spare
parts inventory and maintenance capabilities.

11.3 Supplier shall comply with the document control list format, the specification format, title
block requirements, comment resolution sheet, etc. as per Employer’s requirements.

11.4 Supplier shall undertake to provide all their outputs in required number of hard copies and as
soft copies in the specified software on DVDs and Pen drive. MS Office and AutoCAD is
some of the stipulated software. Wherever the output from Supplier is not a generated
output, then Supplier shall provide the scanned output in the form of soft file also. The
operating instructions, manuals, instruction and installation manuals shall be provided as soft
copies on a DVD, over and above the required number of hard copies specified in Table-02.
All documentation shall be provided in English language only.

11.5 For all System-oriented items and special instruments, Supplier shall be responsible to
provide services of manufacturer’s authorized representative during engineering, testing,
loop checking, commissioning of system and plant. No alternate representation shall be
acceptable in any case.

11.6 Where engineering is in Supplier’s scope, the correctness of bill of material (specification
and quantity) lies with Supplier. Employer’s review will be limited to interface aspects with
respect to scope demarcation between Employer and Supplier. It is the responsibility of
Supplier to supplement the bill of material if required to meet the functional requirements,
specifications as mentioned in this Requisition along with its attachments and annexures.

11.7 Site Acceptance for System oriented items: In case of system-oriented items, Supplier shall
be fully responsible to demonstrate to Employer / Purchaser all functional requirements
specified in the Requisition including performance in the actual.

11.8 Communication channel for Purchaser comments to Supplier shall be communicated


separately.

11.9 Supplier to submit Confidentiality Agreement as per Annexure-08.

11.10 Supplier (in case supplying Static / Rotary / Package equipment) to submit current and
projected workshop loading along with its technical proposal.

11.11 Vendor to provide applicable RCER (Royal Commission – Environment regulation) form or
required inputs for supplies in their scope as per RCER 2015 within 4 weeks of placement of
Purchase Order.
