Replacement of Instrument Free of Cost for Existing Customers

 New Clip Instrument may be provided free of cost to customers, who has paid last six months bill for
Landline/Combo connection with total amount of Rs.3600/- or above & having Landline for last three
years
 On receipt of written request from the customers, commercial officer shall issue OB in CDR system
for replacement of instrument to the customer at zero cost after verifying the paid bill amount of last
six months & date of opening of connection to verify that connection working since last three years.
 Clip instrument to such customers shall not be changed free of cost again before three years from the
date of change of Clip instrument.
