1. Project Name : Window Air Conditioning Test rig.
Description : A test rig made from scrape window air conditioner by attaching various
measuring instruments to it.
Role : Brazing, gas charging, assembly and testing.
Result : Test rig shows the required results. Its now using to carry out experiments on
it.

2 Project Name : Computer Simulation for Angular Distortion in Manual Metal Arc
Welding
Description : When two metal plates are joined by butt weld they get distorted, this
distortion is get analyzed with the help of ANSYS 11.0.
Role : Specimen making, Analyzing. The problem with the ANSYS, calculations
for the optimum results.
Result : Required result achieved satisfactory, set the value for the specimen for Butt
weld.
