His career was put to the test at STM, the largest legal body in the Armed Forces. It happened in the
initial period of redemocratization in Brazil, after 21 years of dictatorship. It could become the
biggest problem of life for jair bolsonaro.

Quando me dispus a Ler, e a Comentar, no seu Blog, o artigo “Por General Augusto Heleno,
reflexão”, http://www.militar.com.br/blog38489-Por-General-Augusto-Heleno-reflexao/, em momento
algum, ofendi, nem mesmo utilizei palavras de baixo calão, ou preconceituosas, e principalmente, meus
comentários nunca são escritos TODOS em Letra Maiúscula, ressaltando que as utilizo para chamar a
atenção de sua importância, no texto, diferentemente de alguns, que acreditam estar “GRITANDO”.

Não se preocupes, pois, a partir de hoje, não me darei ao desfrute de Ler seus “Posts”, uma vez que,
ao invés de se manter “NO DEBATE”, resolveu retirar meu comentário, respondido subliminarmente de
forma ameaçadora, e nem de ter se recusado a publicar a resposta, fundamentada, resolvendo incluir o texto
“O blogueiro não publica comentários ofensivos, que utilizem expressões de baixo calão ou
preconceituosas, nem textos escritos exclusivamente em letras maiúsculas. Os comentários aqui postados
expressam a opinião dos seus autores, responsáveis por seu teor. O blogueiro fará a moderação antes de
publicar o comentário.”, que em meu entendimento é a REGRA já definida pelo SITE, que embora
“militar”, é oficioso, e não esta restrito a Militares, razão pela qual, tenho meu Blog desde 15 de Dezembro
de 2013.

Aproveito para afirmar, que, em meu Blog, nenhum comentário deixará de ser publicado, pois, a
Responsabilidade dos mesmos é de seu emissor, contudo, utilizo a possibilidade de optar pelo publicação,
ou não, para identificar a possível necessidade de me manifestar, isto é, de concordar ou discordar, quando
me for interessante, claro esta, que os comentários desqualificados, seja pela formulação, seja pelo pouco,
ou quase nada, de conteúdo, será apenas ignorado, sem no entando, deixar claro também, que alguns
comentários por irem AO ENCONTRO do por mim publicado também normalmente não serão respondidos,
uma vez que, não busco “aparecer”, mas, apenas e tão somente, provocar reflexões outras, oriunda de um

Com relação ao seu artigo “Por General Augusto Heleno, reflexão”, volto a afirmar que acho
imprudente, acho temeroso, que os Militares da Ativa, e da Reserva, inclusos Generais de 4 Estrelas,
estejam enaltecendo bolsonaro, pelo fato de ter, ainda “Tenente”, sido “expulso”, ou melhor, excluído do
quadro da Escola Superior de Aperfeiçoamento de Oficiais (ESAO), e posteriormente, “absolvido” pelo
STM – Superior Tribunal Militar, com a certeza de que daria “baixa” como “Capitão”, se assim não fosse,
poderia ter continuado sua carreira militar como tenente, sem deixar de ressaltar, que comungo com o
posicionamento do general Sérgio de Ari Pires, ministro do STM, relator do processo contra bolsonaro.

não poderia estar Presidente, uma vez que é um criminoso incontestável, bem como, que bolsonaro, para
mim, em um LEGÍTIMO Estado de Direito, não poderia assumir a Presidência, uma vez que, utilizou de
meios, no mínimo, duvidosos, para ganhar a eleição, portanto, temer e bolsonaro, pelo que você colocou, e
retirou, são SEUS Presidentes.

Como, alguns que freqüentam este site, tiveram acesso ao meu comentário, e a sua represália, e não
tiveram, a minha contraposição, sinto-me na obrigação de esclarecer, onde, e porque, manifestei tão ousada
opinião.

Sua carreira foi posta à prova no STM, a maior instância jurídica das Forças Armadas. Aconteceu no
período inicial de redemocratização do Brasil, depois de 21 anos de ditadura. Poderia se tornar o
maior problema da vida para Jair Bolsonaro.

Mas não foi.

 O STM, por nove votos a quatro, considerou–o inocente, mesmo depois de uma comissão interna
do Exército, chamada de Conselho de Justificação, tê-lo excluído do quadro da Escola Superior
de Aperfeiçoamento de Oficiais (ESAO), na zona norte do Rio de Janeiro, e também de o
Conselho ter considerado que as explicações dadas não foram satisfatórias.

Em 1988, o general Sérgio de Ari Pires, ministro do STM, relator do processo contra bolsonaro,
concordou com o parecer do Conselho de Justificação e considerou o então capitão “não
justificado”, ou seja, culpado.

No dia 16 de junho de 1988, o STM realizou reunião para julgar Bolsonaro e o inocentou. Ato
diametralmente oposto ao que acontecia dentro do mesmo Tribunal quando do julgamento de ações
envolvendo qualquer cidadão acusado de ser contra o regime militar; mesmo que essa pessoa tenha
apenas escrito uma carta endereçada a seus colegas de profissão.

Anos depois desse episódio sobre os planos terroristas de bolsonaro no STM, o próprio disse à
imprensa que todo esse imbróglio jurídico interno da caserna apenas o ajudou a ganhar fama e se
eleger.
