Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): I Feel now very comfortable when
I do peer observation because I have knowledge that students will listen to my ideas and they know that I say
these feedbacks to help them teach better than me. My colleague feels relax and she is in her mood because
when she sows me she said that your face brings happiness. I feel free to tell my colleague about my
feedbacks because I notice that she improved her weakness and put her effort to let students achieve the
learning objectives. My colleague was interacting the way that I’m expected from her and she was saying what
she did wrong or was not worked well during the lesson. Also, she agrees to me feedbacks because she said I
know that you are saying that because you are caring about me. For the next lesson my start to move around
the class and that will help her to visualize which students are paying attention and who are not. Finally, both
of us feel that peer observation is valuable because it improves the productivity of learning and improve
teaching skills.
