OF Allan Pwiter

I, Ellen Pwiter, of legal age, single a resident of Bacoor, Cavite City, after having been sworn to in
accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:

That Fiscal John Vincent Cernal, a resident of 2055 C. Cruz St. Pinagbuhatan Pasig City, is the
counsel who conducted and supervised my examination as a witness at his office at Provincial
Prosecutor’s Office, Cavite City;

That I am answering the questions herein fully conscious that I do so under oath and that I may
be criminally liable for false testimony or perjury;

The following are the Questions propounded by Fiscal John Vincent Cernal and my answers:

Q1: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?
A1: Yes Sir.

Q2: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the record.
A2: I am Ellen Pwiter, 18 yrs old, single, a resident of Bacoor, Cavite City

Q2: Ms. Ellen Pwiter where were you on April 11, 2016 in the afternoon?
A2: I was at the house of Ms. Grace Yan sir.

Q3: What were you doing in that house?

A3: I, was at the bathroom sir, I asked to use it since I had to go and there was someone using ours.

Q4: Did any significant event transpired on that day?
A4: .yes sir.

Q5: what kind of event?

A5: I saw Mr. Rodrigo Dee poking a knife against My Neighbor Grace Yan.

Q6: How were you able to see it?

A6: I heard a loud Noise and when I was about to go out of the bathroom I saw mr Rodrigo forcibly
made ms grace lie down with a knife against her neck.

Q7: did Mr. Rodrigo see you?

A7: Probably not sir, I hid behind the bathroom door.

Q8: What else did you see?

A8: I saw mr Rodrigo taking off his shorts and saw him abuse the chastity of Ms. Grace Yan..

Q9: What did you do after?

A9: I kept hiding behind the door while it was slightly ajar sir.

Q10: Why didn’t you help Ms Grace Yan?.

A10: I, Was afraid sir. I thought that if I went out Mr Rodrigo would kill me.
Q11: what happened after?
A11: I saw Mr. Rodrigo ran outside the house, and then I Immediately went to the side of Ms. Grace Yan

Q12: Prior to this day did you tell anyone about the event?
A12: No, Sir.

Q13: Why not?

A14: Because Ms. Grace told me not to tell anyone otherwise Rodrigo might go after us.
