CONVERSATION AMONG DOCTOR, NURSE, PATIENT, RHARMACY AND THE

FAMILY

(Nurse asking patient about her condition)

Nurse Billa : Good morning, Ms. Tanti. I’m Sabilatul Abidah. You can call me nurse Billa.
I’m as nurse in charge this shift.

Ms. Tanti : Good morning, Nurse Billa. It’s pleasure to see you. Let me introduce you to
my mother. This is my mother her name is Triviana.

Nurse Billa : I see. So, Ms. Tanti how are you feeling now?

Ms. Tanti : I’m felling dizziness now.

Nurse Billa : Let me check your vital sign to find your current out condition.

Ms. Tanti : Yes, please with pleasure.

Nurse Billa : Excuse me miss, first I will check your heart beat, body themperature, rate of
respiration and the last blood pressure.

Ms. Tanti : Yes nurse, I hope that you can find problem with my condition.

Nurse Billa : The result for all of your test examinations are normal. But, there is a
problem with your blood pressure. Blood presurre are less than normal.

Ms. Tanti : So, what’s wrong with me? Is there any something dangerous?

Nurse Billa : I’m so sorry mis, i just do my job to be a nurse but disease diagnoses is
specify by the doctor.

(Then the doctor come in)

Doctor Bela : What happen with the patient?

Nurse Billa : This is result of examination for the patient. (while handing the file)

Doctor : The patient diagnosed anemis. Sis, please keep the patient well!

Nurse Billa : Yes doc, I will colaborate with the other medic.

Doctor : Oh sis, I have just remembered for giving the medical prescription to the
patient. (While handing the medical prescription)

Nurse Billa : Yes doc, I will give the medical prescription to the patient’s family.

Doctor : Don’t forget to arrange the diet for this patient.

Nurse Billa : Okay, I will colaborate with nutritionist. (Then the doctor go out of the ward)

Nurse Billa : Mis, this is the medical prescription for the patient please you give to the
pharmacy.

Family : Okay, I will leave it up to the pharmacy.

Pharmacy : What can i do for you?

Family : Mis, I will take the medicine and this is the medical prescription from the
doctor.

Pharmacy : I will take it. This is medicine for the patient. Hemobion drug taken once a
day for add the blood circulation. And paracetamol 3 times a day with 500 mg.

Family : Yes mis, I will give the medicine according to your advice.

Pharmacy : I hope the patient get well soon and be able to do activities as usual.

Family : Thanks for your support.
