Instructional Need and Delivery Option


Inno-Versity is a startup learning agency in Grand Rapids, MI. They hire contract employees to assist with projects as new clients are
signed. New hires are given a brief demonstration of essential tasks in Teamwork and Harvest (software applications where
assignments and hours are tracked), but there isn’t a resource to refer to once they have completed Onboarding.

A just-in-time online resource will provide these new hires with a list of helpful videos to demonstrate common performed daily
tasks. This resource will free up the time of the leadership team to focus on projects instead of reexplaining software applications. It
will ensure that team members receive paychecks that are on time and correct. Overall, the resource will make the daily process
flow more efficiently. Delivering this resource online is the best option because team members frequently work away from the
office and after business hours when team leads may not be available to answer questions.

Alignment Chart
An Alignment Chart is a visual overview showing the connection between course objectives, activities, and assessments. This chart
ensures the correct sequence of the objectives, that a variety of activities are included to reach those objectives and course goals,
and that the assessment accurately reflects knowledge that has been acquired to reach the terminal objective. The Alignment Chart
maps the way for the learner to achieve the terminal objective and overall goal.
