Strengths of the lesson:

 Strong interaction with students, but you need to engage all tables.
 Effective delivering style by enforcing students to think through questions.
 Body language is good.
 Technology is used.
 Confident. But you did not use it to control students.
 You used a good informative assessment. The activity is well done. It seems that you
spent long time designing it. Which shows a strong desire in learning. Perfect!!
 You finished your lesson in a good way. You asked your students to come to the board to
share their solutions with class.
Areas for development:
1. No one knew the definition of Ecosystem, then you gave them the answer directly. You
should motivate their learning by keep asking questions and navigate through answers.
Another example: you asked them: how does Locust change the ecosystem? No one
answered. Then you explained it. You should ask them: what does locust do? Or eat? How
does that affect the nature?....
2. Your colleague Shamsa participated in your class as a co-teacher. This is not allowed. You
need to have the real teaching experience you are going to have in future.
3. You asked students to stop working on the given activities. Students were upset and
asked you eagerly to continue working because they really enjoyed it. You said no. It was
ok if you let them continue for another two minutes.
4. Some students disturbed the class. You kept saying stop talking, stop talking. You
did not take any action.
