SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, CESAR LUBOS, married to LOURDES LUBOS, both Filipino, both of legal age,
and residents of San Roque Northern Samar, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE,
JUANITO ARANDIA married to LADY MICHELLE C. CALACAR, both Filipinos, both of
Legal age, and both residents of Silvino Lobos, Northern Samar, to be my true and lawful
Attorneys-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
acts/action as follows:

1. To ENTER INTO A CONTRACT OF LEASE with GLOBE TELECOM INC.

involving the parcel of land particularly described below for the installation of Globe
Telecom Tower with an area of 400 square meters, more or less (20 meters x 20 meters)
which was already identified by the said Globe Telecom, for a consideration acceptable
to the said attorney-in-fact;

“A portion of a parcel of land which , when segregated, shall contain Twenty-

Thousand (20,000) Square Meters, or Two Hectares, more or less, and shall be
bounded on the north of Pambujan River, on the east by the Pambujan River,
on the south by a municipal street across the cemetery, and on the west by a
creek or “danapa”, which portion is part and parcel of that land identified as
Assessor’s Lot No. 1938, containing a total area of 39-75-62 hectares, more or
less, bounded on the north by Suba Creek, on the east by the Pambujan River,
on the south by the Pmabujan River and Away Stream, and on the west by the
land of Daniel Morillo and Bernardino Surio, covered by embraced in that Tax
Declaration No. 984, in the name of our father and father-in-law, respectively,
with an assessed value of Php34,200.00.”

2. To appear, file, sign and execute necessary documents which are needed and perform
such other acts/action necessary to give effect to this instrument;

3. To receive payments from the CONTRACT OF LEASE with GLOBE TELECOM

INC.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our Attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present,
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
