Sun Plaza, the first hypermarket-anchored shopping mall in Romania, developed by
EMCT ROMANIA, under the design of the Spanish architect Chapman Taylor is
Bucharest’s newest retail and entertainment destination.
Built on 4 levels, totalizing more than 76,000 m² GLA, Sun Plaza will be an “All
inclusive” shopping center, an oasis for shopping and relaxation, with green areas
especially designed for lounge.
The mall will be anchored by a Cora hypermarket, a Baumax DIY store, a Mobexpert
furniture store and a multiplex, while also offering an exciting two level shopping and an
extensive choice of restaurants and leisure activities.
The commercial mix is carefully established to allow an optimal mix of shops, restaurants
and entertainment units.
Seating and green areas, fountains, place for concerts, kindergarten, are just a few of the
