PLEA BARGAINING PROPOSAL

I, VICENTE GONZALES PANUNGCAT, JR., am the accused in

Criminal Case No. R-DVO-18-03931-CR entitled “PEOPLE OF THE
PHILIPPINES VS. VICENTE GONZALES PANUNGCAT, JR., for
Violation of Section 3(C), in relation to Section (2G) of Republic Act
Number 9287 for allegedly acting as a collector or agent of an illegal
numbers game of last two.

The said charge carries with it the penalty of imprisonment

from eight (8) years and one (1) day to ten (10) years.

I respectfully pray that I may be allowed to enter into a plea

bargaining agreement and enter a plea of guilt for a lesser offense of
Violation of Section 3(A), in relation to Section 2(E), of the aforesaid
Republic Act Number 9287, as sanctioned under Section 2, Rule
116 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure. I am willing to submit to all
the accessory terms and conditions provided under the aforesaid
Rules as a consequence of the plea bargaining agreement.
