Distance Learning Program

The PJJ program is a program that has grown rapidly in Malaysia in tandem with its

growth in Europe and other developed countries. The setting up of this program is based

on the understanding that every individual should be given the opportunity to advance

themselves through education and training to meet the needs of his education and society.

The implementation of the PJJ program is one of the measures to provide facilities for the

public to gain knowledge especially for those who have graduated from secondary

school. Therefore, there is no reason to be given by the community saying that the lack of

provision of knowledge to pursue knowledge to pursue higher education.

At the same time if a person has a distance learning using the distance medium it will

certainly affect the daily activities of a student, especially those who have worked and

family. The implementation of the PJJ program is also beneficial to the people who have

worked, but still wish to continue their studies to a higher level. This is the case, the

students who attend this program of study do not leave their careers, but they can

continue to work on them as usual.

Implementation of this PJJ program is expected to be more effective when combined with

technology and being a medium in the implementation of teaching and learning activities.

The implementation of this distance-based learning method indirectly motivates students

to learn more excitedly. Thus, the positive impact on the implementation of this learning

method will encourage other institutions of higher learning to provide better learning

support through long distance medium. In the end, the developments in this methodology

have been able to create a good learning method in the education world.
This phenomenon is a positive development as this learning method can encourage

students to learn more independently. Hence, students will also be more creative and

informative and have their own endeavors to explore vast knowledge.

In conclusion, the students who follow the PJJ program are very desirable. This PJJ

method is also seen as very positive as it can help students who are involved in student-

centered learning concepts and materials to learn more effectively. In this way, student-

centered learning activities can also increase student's interest in learning. Moreover, this

learning concept is also able to give students the freedom to either expedite or slow down

learning rates according to the suitability of their respective learning periods.
