EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AND SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That WE, FERNANDO M. SIENES and JOSEPHINE YANOC-SIENES, both of legal age,
Filipinos, Spouses, and residents of barangay Mag-abo, Municipality of Amlan, Negros Oriental,
Philippines, hereafter called the FIRST PARTY;

WITNESSETH: That the herein First Party are the Parents of the late FERSIE JANE SIENES who
died single on October 8, 2013 at Silliman University Medical Center, Dumaguete City, Negros
Oriental, Philippines;

That at the time of the death of FERSIE JANE SIENES, she has no offspring, she being
single, and her only and compulsory heir is her parents, Fernando M. Sienes and Josephine Y.
Sienes, the First Party herein;

That invoking the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines,
the First Party herein, do hereby Settle and Adjudicate unto themselves, as the sole heirs of the
decedent, all the real and personal properties of the deceased accruing in her favor, free from all liens
and encumbrances;

FURTHER: That by virtue of these presents, the First Party DO HEREEBY name, appoint
and constitute MARIETTA T. LIANGCO, likewise of legal age, married, and a resident of 4604
Namaka Cres., New Calgary A.B. T2K 2H6, Cqanada, as our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for us
and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds;

1. To follow up, process and claim and receive all monies, and en cash all checks due and
accruing to FERSIE JANE SIENES from the ROYAL TRUST COMPANY, or in any
AGENCY or COMPANY, regarding her ROYAL BANK RETIREMENT SAVINGS
PLAN under Receipt No. 00619880; Account No. 587846486 and SOCIAL
INSURANCE N0. (SIN) 923 020 689;

2. To claim, withdraw and receive all the monies and encash all checks and other benefits
due to FERSIE JANE SIENES from RBC ROYAL BANK regarding her Savings
Account No. 4519 01 12435860 73;

3. To claim, get, withdraw and receive all monies, and encash all checks due to FERSIE
JANE SIENES from TD Access Card under Account No. 4724 0900 1546 8232;

4. To get, collect, and receive from YADANA CASCON ELUMIR, the balance of her
indebtedness from FERSIE JANE SIENES in the original amount of $5,000.00 dated
April 29, 2013, and to seek assistance in the court of law or file a case in Court in case of
failure to pay of the said amount;

5. To sign any and all documents pertaining to the said transaction or authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact, full power and
authority to do and perform each and every act requisite and necessary in order to give full effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we might be or could lawfully do, if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
