Trader Rules

“Bars” only:
 A “Bar” is defined as a stand selling alcoholic drinks for consumption on-site. For clarity, a stand which does not sell alcoholic drinks for consumption on-site but does
sell alcoholic drinks for home-delivery, provides samples of alcoholic drinks up to 30ml per serving for wine, 50ml serving for beer and 5ml for spirits, or runs
masterclasses, would not fall within this category.
 For the purposes of this Agreement, a Bar is still classed as an “Trader” and as such must comply with all terms and conditions accordingly.
 All Bars must provide free drinking water.
 All Bar menus must be approved in advance of the Event by the Organiser (fizzy drinks with a high sugar content are likely to be refused).

“Non-bar Traders” (i.e. all other Traders):

 A “Non-Bar Trader” may not sell alcoholic drinks for on-site consumption.

All “Traders” (including Bars):

 The Trader acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, implement an Electronic Payment System (“EPS”) at any of the Events. The
Organiser shall notify the Trader of the same not less than 60 days prior to the opening of the first relevant Event.
 Where there is a commission charged on transactions, the Trader acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, audit its processes and
systems as it may reasonably need or implement payment systems that evidence all transactions.
 The Trader acknowledges and agrees that no branded flags are permitted at the Event without the Organiser’s prior written consent.
 All Traders must submit a space stand design and concept proposal by 1 June in the year of the relevant Event.

Drinks at the Event:

 Drinks shall not be sold in glass bottles or glass vessels. All drinks must be decanted into tempered shatterproof disposable / plastic vessels. Tempered shatterproof
disposable / plastic vessels of various sizes can be ordered via the Organiser in advance of the show – please complete and return the appropriate form within the
Trader Manual by the date specified.
 All Traders selling or serving alcohol will be issued with a Responsible Alcohol Policy prior to (or at) the Event and will be required to comply with all of the conditions
outlined in such policy (copies of this are available on request prior to signature of this Agreement if required).
 All Traders selling or serving alcohol are required to have a personal licence holder present during service.
 All Traders may offer small samples of their drinks. Approved sample sizes are as follows:
1. Wine sample – 30ml 2. Beer sample – 50ml 3. Spirit sample – 5ml.
 All Traders selling drinks for on-site consumption will be able to sell by the glass * (no real glass to be used – only plastic).
 All Traders will not be able to sell by the bottle or case for off-site consumption but may sell drinks for home-delivery.
 All Traders are required to display drink prices, the size of measures and the Alcohol by Volume (ABV).

Food at the Event:

 Traders are permitted to sell food for consumption off-site only and for campsite consumption. Traders are not permitted to sell food for consumption on-site.
 Traders are permitted to offer small samples to interested visitors from their stand only. For the avoidance of doubt these samples must be no more than ‘one bite’ of
any particular product.
 Food products sold for consumption off-site must be sealed.

Non-Food / Drink Items at the Event:

 Traders are permitted to promote and sell their Permitted Products and Services from their stand only.

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the Organiser, please note that any Trader observed breaking any of the above rules will be in breach of
this Agreement and will be shut down immediately and will not receive reimbursement for any booking fees or any other costs, expenses or losses.
