This AQ-SOE lesson planning template is intentionally far more detailed than a typical

classroom lesson plan. Through the use of this tool, you will carefully consider and document
the many facets of quality instructional planning. Sharing this documentation with faculty, field
supervisors, and cooperating classroom teachers (CT’s) will help to inform them of your plans
so they can provide support and offer suggestions where appropriate.
