General rules for visitors:

Registration for the Egyptian Engineering Day is only available on the visitors’ registration webpage on the
internet.
Attending the Egyptian Engineering Day is completely free for everyone.
The Executive Committee of the Egyptian Engineering Day is not responsible for transportation of visitors.
Visitors must bring a printed copy of the ticket, downloaded from the user portal link and sent to their email after
submitting the registration form; as they won’t be allowed to access the venue of the event without it.
Visitors should always cooperate with the volunteers if they were asked to show their national ID.
Tickets cannot be printed out for the attendees at the registration desk under any circumstances.
When visitors arrive at the venue, they will be handed a visitor tag that they should keep until the end of the
event.
Kindly adhere strictly to the timing of arrival and departure, which will be announced.
To register your attendance, kindly follow the logistics rules stated by the Organizing Committee staying in
queues; if anyone was responsible for any kind of damage or injuries, they will be exposed to legal
repercussions.
Kindly follow the directions guiding signs inside and outside the hall.
The holders of falsi ed tickets will not be allowed to access the event, and will be permanently blacklisted from
the database of the Egyptian Engineering Day.
In case the event hall reached its full capacity of attendees, gates will be temporarily closed until contention
decreases to an acceptable level, decided by the Logistics Team. Once reopened, the number of attendees
allowed in will be equal to the number of those who left.
If any entity would like to organize a visit to the Egyptian Engineering Day:
A visit is limited to 50 seats.
You can register your visit using the same online registration form, by selecting “entity-organized visit”.
You should create a Facebook event, mentioning in the description that tickets are for free. You will need
to provide us with a link to your Facebook event in the registration form.
Your request will undergo a reviewing process to decide the availability of having you on the selected day.
If your visit is approved, you will receive an email with all details you need to register your visitors.
Otherwise, you will receive an email con rming your status as waitlisted. In such case, you might be
contacted later if a slot for your visit became available. For more details, kindly follow the Egyptian
Engineering Day social media channels.
Lecture halls and workshops have limited seating, and will be closed after this limit is reached.
The Organizing Committee has the right to evacuate the space dedicated for projects during the judging phase.
Kindly follow the rules imposed by the organizers in any of the event places to keep a professional, orderly, and
organized image of this national event.

‫‪The Organizing Committee of the Egyptian Engineering Day is not responsible for the loss of any unattended‬‬
‫‪personal belongings. ‬‬
‫‪It’s completely not allowed to bring pets to, smoke, or eat at the venue of the event.‬‬
‫‪Any sort of political activity or distributing brochures for any purpose is not allowed, and whoever violates this‬‬
‫‪will be exposed to legal repercussions.‬‬
‫‪Kindly keep the place clean and don’t abuse the furnishing, and whoever violates this will be exposed to legal‬‬
‫‪repercussions.‬‬
‫‪Not adhering to any of the previous rules will get you immediately dismissed from the event and permanently‬‬
‫‪banned from attending any later version of the Egyptian Engineering Day.‬‬
‫‪In some cases, the Egyptian Engineering Day team might need to change some regulations without referring‬‬
‫‪back to the visitors.‬‬

‫اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل ﻟﺣﺿور ﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﻣﺗﺎح ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣوﻗﻊ اﻟﺧﺎص ﺑﺎﻟﻠﺟﻧﺔ اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻹﻧﺗرﻧت ﻓﻘط‪.‬‬
‫ﺣﺿور ﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﻣﺟﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻛﺎﻣل ﻟﻠﺟﻣﯾﻊ‪.‬‬
‫اﻟﻠﺟﻧﺔ اﻟﺗﻧﻔﯾذﯾﺔ ﻟﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﻻ ﺗوﻓر وﺳﺎﺋل ﻣواﺻﻼت ﻟﻠزوار‪.‬‬
‫ﯾﻠﺗزم اﻟزاﺋر ﺑﺈﺣﺿﺎر ﻧﺳﺧﺔ ﻣطﺑوﻋﺔ ﻣن ﺗذﻛرة اﻟدﺧول اﻟﺗﻰ ﯾﺗم إرﺳﺎﻟﮭﺎ ﻋﺑر اﻟﺑرﯾد اﻹﻟﻛﺗروﻧﻰ‪ ،‬واﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﻣﻛن ﺗﺣﻣﯾﻠﮭﺎ ﻋﺑر ‪ ‬اﻟﺣﺳﺎب اﻟﺷﺧﺻﻲ ﺑﻌد إﺗﻣﺎم اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل؛ ﻷﻧﮫ ﻻ‬
‫ﯾﻣﻛن اﻟدﺧول ﺑدوﻧﮭﺎ‪ .‬ﺑرﺟﺎء أﯾﺿًﺎ إﺑراز ﺗﺣﻘﯾﻖ اﻟﺷﺧﺻﯾﺔ ﻋﻧد اﻟطﻠب‪.‬‬
‫ﻟن ﯾﺗﻣﻛن أي زاﺋر ﻣن طﺑﺎﻋﺔ ﺗذﻛرة دﺧوﻟﮫ ﻟدى أي ﻣن ﻣﻛﺎﺗب ﻣﺗطوﻋﻲ اﻻﺳﺗﻘﺑﺎل واﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل‪.‬‬
‫ﻋﻧد وﺻول اﻟزاﺋر ﻟﻣﺣل اﻟﺣدث ﺳﯾﺗم ﻣﻧﺣﮫ ﺑطﺎﻗﺔ ﺗﻌرﯾﻔﯾﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﮫ‪ .‬ﯾرﺟﻰ اﻻﺣﺗﻔﺎظ ﺑﮭﺎ ﻟﺣﯾن اﻟﻣﻐﺎدرة‪.‬‬
‫ﯾرﺟﻰ اﻻﻟﺗزام ﺑﻣواﻋﯾد اﻟدﺧول واﻟﺧروج اﻟﺗﻰ ﺳوف ﯾﺗم اﻹﻋﻼن ﻋﻧﮭﺎ‪.‬‬
‫أﺛﻧﺎء إﺟراءات اﻟدﺧول ﯾُﻔﺿل اﻟوﻗوف ﻓﻰ ﺻﻔوف اﻻﻧﺗظﺎر؛ ﻟذا ﯾرﺟﻰ اﺣﺗرام اﻟﻘواﻋد اﻟﻠوﺟﯾﺳﺗﯾﺔ اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﺟﻧﺔ اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ؛ ﻓﺎﻹﺻﺎﺑﺎت واﻟﺗﺑﻌﺎت اﻟﻧﺎﺗﺟﺔ ﻋن اﻟﺗداﻓﻊ‬
‫ﺳﺗﻌرض اﻟﻣﺳﺋول ﻋﻧﮭﺎ ﻟﻠﻣﺳﺎءﻟﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﻧوﻧﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺑرﺟﺎء اﻻﻟﺗزام ﺑﺈﺷﺎرات اﻻﺗﺟﺎھﺎت داﺧل وﺧﺎرج اﻟﻘﺎﻋﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻟن ﯾﺳﻣﺢ ﺑﺎﻟدﺧول ﻟﺣﺎﻣﻠﻰ اﻟﺗذاﻛر اﻟﻣزورة‪ ،‬وﺳﯾﺗم ﺣرﻣﺎﻧﮭم ﻣن ﺣﺿور ﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى وﺗﺳﺟﯾل ذﻟك ﺑﻘﺎﻋدة ﺑﯾﺎﻧﺎﺗﻧﺎ ﺑﺻﻔﺔ ﻧﮭﺎﺋﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻣﺗﻼء ﻣﻛﺎن اﻟﺣدث ﺑﺎﻟﺣﺿور ﺳﯾﺗم إﻏﻼق اﻟﺑواﺑﺎت ﻣؤﻗﺗًﺎ ﻟﺣﯾن ﺧروج ﺑﻌض اﻟزوار وإﻋﺎدة ﻓﺗﺢ اﻟﺑواﺑﺎت ﺑﻣﺎ ﯾﺗﻧﺎﺳب ﻣﻊ أﻋداد اﻟزوار‪.‬‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ أى ﺟﮭﺔ ﺗرﻏب ﻓﻰ ﺗﻧظﯾم رﺣﻠﺔ ﻟﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل ﻣن ﺧﻼل اﻟﻣوﻗﻊ ﻛرﺣﻠﺔ ﺑﺣد أﻗﺻﻲ ‪ 50‬ﻓرد‪ ،‬وذﻟك ﻋن طرﯾﻖ اﺧﺗﯾﺎر "ﺗﻧظﯾم زﯾﺎرة" ﺧﻼل اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل‬
‫ﻋﺑر ﻣوﻗﻌﻧﺎ اﻹﻟﻛﺗروﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫ﻟﻘﺑول طﻠﺑﻛم ﻟﺗﻧظﯾم زﯾﺎرة ﻟﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻري ‪ ،2018‬ﯾﺷﺗرط وﺟود "ﺣدث" ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﯾﺳﺑوك‪ ،‬ﯾؤﻛد ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺎﺻﯾﻠﮫ أن ﺗذﻛرة اﻟدﺧول ﻣﺟﺎﻧﯾﺔ ﺗﻣﺎ ًﻣﺎ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ ﺳﯾﺗطﻠب إدراج راﺑط‬
‫ﻟﻠﺣدث ﺧﻼل اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل ﻋﺑر ﻣوﻗﻌﻧﺎ ﻟﻠﻧظر ﻓﻲ اﻟطﻠب اﻟﻣﻘدم‪.‬‬
‫ﺑﻌدھﺎ ﯾﺗم اﻟﻧظر ﻓﻲ طﻠﺑﻛم اﻟﻣﻘدم‪ ،‬ﻟﺑﺣث إﻣﻛﺎﻧﯾﺔ ﺗوﻓﯾر ﺣﺿورﻛم ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣوﻋد اﻟﻣﺣدد أﺛﻧﺎء اﻟﺗﺳﺟﯾل‪ ،‬ﺑﺣﺳب اﻷﻣﺎﻛن اﻟﻣﺗﺎﺣﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻗﺑول طﻠب ﺗﻧظﯾم اﻟرﺣﻠﺔ ﺳﯾﺗم اﻟﺗواﺻل ﻣﻊ اﻟﺟﮭﺔ اﻟﻣﻘدﻣﺔ ﻋﺑر اﻟﺑرﯾد اﻹﻟﻛﺗروﻧﻲ ﻟﺗوﺿﯾﺢ طرﯾﻘﺔ ﺗﺳﺟﯾل زوارھﺎ‪ .‬أﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋدم ﺗواﻓر أﻣﺎﻛن ﻻﺳﺗﻘﺑﺎل اﻟرﺣﻠﺔ؛‬
‫ﻓﺳﯾﺗم وﺿﻌﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﺋﻣﺔ اﻻﻧﺗظﺎر واﻟﺗواﺻل ﻣﻊ اﻟﺟﮭﺔ اﻟﻣﻘدﻣﺔ إذا ﺗواﻓرت اﻷﻣﺎﻛن‪ .‬ﯾُرﺟﻰ ﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ اﻟﻘﻧوات اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣواﻗﻊ اﻟﺗواﺻل اﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﻰ‬
‫ﻟﻣزﯾد ﻣن اﻟﺗﻔﺎﺻﯾل‪.‬‬
‫اﻟﻘﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺣﺎﺿرات ﻟﮭﺎ ﺳﻌﺔ ﻣﺣددة‪ ،‬وﺳﯾﺗم إﻏﻼق اﻷﺑواب ﺑﻣﺟرد اﻛﺗﻣﺎل اﻟﻌدد اﻟﻣﺗﺎح‪.‬‬
‫ﯾﺣﻖ ﻟﻠﺟﻧﺔ اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ إﺧﻼء اﻟﻣﺳﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻟﻌرض اﻟﻣﺷﺎرﯾﻊ ﺧﻼل ﻣرﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﺗﺣﻛﯾم‪.‬‬
‫ﯾرﺟﻰ اﺗﺑﺎع ﺗﻌﻠﯾﻣﺎت اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﯾن ﺑداﺧل ﻗﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻣﺣﺎﺿرات ؛ ﻟﻌدم ﺣدوث أى ﻣﺷﻛﻠﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺑرﺟﺎء اﻟﺗوﺟﮫ ﻟﻣﻛﺗب اﻟﻣﺳﺎﻋدة اﻟﺧﺎص ﺑﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟود أي اﺳﺗﻔﺳﺎر أو ﻣﺷﻛﻠﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺑرﺟﺎء اﻹﻧﺻﺎت ﻟﻺذاﻋﺔ اﻟداﺧﻠﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﺗﺣذﯾرات واﻹﻋﻼﻧﺎت اﻟﻣﮭﻣﺔ‪.‬‬
‫اﻟﻠﺟﻧﺔ اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ ﻟﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﻏﯾر ﻣﺳﺋوﻟﺔ ﻋن ﻓﻘدان أﯾﺔ ﻣﺗﻌﻠﻘﺎت اﻟﺷﺧﺻﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﻣﻧوع اﻟﺗدﺧﯾن أو اﻷﻛل أو اﺻطﺣﺎب اﻟﺣﯾواﻧﺎت اﻷﻟﯾﻔﺔ ﺑداﺧل اﻟﻘﺎﻋﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻟن ﯾﺗم اﻟﺳﻣﺎح ﺑﺄﯨﺔ أﻧﺷطﺔ ﺳﯾﺎﺳﯾﺔ ﻣن أى ﻧوع‪ ،‬أو ﺗوزﯾﻊ أى ﻣﻧﺷورات دﻋﺎﺋﯾﺔ‪ .‬وﻣن ﺳﯾﻘوم ﺑﻣﺛل ھذه اﻷﻋﻣﺎل ﯾﻌرض ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﻟﻠﻣﺳﺎءﻟﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﻧوﻧﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﯾرﺟﻰ اﻟﺣﻔﺎظ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧظﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻣﻛﺎن واﻷﺛﺎث واﻷﺟﮭزة اﻟﻣوﺟودة ﺑداﺧﻠﮫ‪ .‬وﻣن ﯾﺗﺳﺑب ﺑﺄﻋﻣﺎل ﺗﺧرﯾب أو إﺗﻼف ﻟﻠﻣﻛﺎن ﯾﻌرض ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﻟﻠﻣﺳﺎءﻟﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﻧوﻧﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋدم اﺗﺑﺎع اﻟﻘواﻋد واﻟﺗﻌﻠﯾﻣﺎت اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﺳﯾﺗم طرد اﻟﺷﺧص اﻟﻣﺗﺳﺑب ﻣن ﻣﻘر اﻟﯾوم ﺑﺻﻔﺔ ﻧﮭﺎﺋﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻗد ﯾﻠﺟﺄ ﻓرﯾﻖ ﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻري ‪-‬ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌض اﻷﺣﯾﺎن‪ -‬إﻟﻰ ﺗﻐﯾﯾر ﺑﻌض اﻟﻘواﻋد دون اﻟرﺟوع إﻟﻰ اﻟزاﺋرﯾن‪.‬‬
‫ﻧﺣن ﻣﺗطوﻋون ﻓﻲ ﻣﻧظﻣﺔ ﻏﯾر ھﺎدﻓﺔ ﻟﻠرﺑﺢ؛ ﺗﻌﺎوﻧك ﻣﻌﻧﺎ ﻣﺣل ﺗﻘدﯾر‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟود اﺳﺗﻔﺳﺎرات أﺧرى‪ ،‬ﺑرﺟﺎء اﻟﺗواﺻل ﻣﻊ ﻓرﯾﻖ ﺗﺳﺟﯾل ﯾوم اﻟﮭﻧدﺳﺔ اﻟﻣﺻرى ﻣن ﺧﻼل ‪registration@ieeeypegypt.org ‬‬
