LP 10/23 Symphonic Orchestra

Objectives:
 Each student share the “Iceberg” that they feel comfortable sharing
 Teacher will get to know students at a deeper level than he can while rehearsing

Procedure:
1. Students and Teacher sit in circle
2. Iceberg: There is a tip that is visible above the water and a big part that is under the water
that no one can see. You will share just that. The visible part that people see and then
the part that is within that everyone doesn’t see
3. Rules
a. Don’t share anything you don’t feel comfortable sharing
b. Everything that is shared in the room stays in the room

 Did you share? Yes or NO

Follow up
 If there is anything to follow up on with an individual student then have a conversation
with them.
