Coordinates with Hiring Managers and Directors to ensure interviews are scheduled according to preferences.
Provides instructions for reimbursement at the time of interview, reviews receipts and claim form before

Responsible for Interview Central input at the end of each interview.

Execute a unique sourcing methodology, which is known as Total Talent Sourcing Methodology (TTSM) based
on active sourcing for passive candidates.
Responsible for attracting and matching candidates with client companies across the North America region.

To provide voice recruiting to identify and qualify active and passive candidates before endorsing them to
