*1.) All Employees are required to submit their Approved Time Report to Anne Roymans (HR Admin), at the Time Report Submission Date specified
at the payroll cut off date. Make sure you file the time correctly as this will be validated electronically and through the manual recording of the
security guards.
2.) All Employees who will not have a record at the bundy clock and will not submit the approved Time report at the set dates will be tagged as
Leave without pay and shall submit a written explanation of the reason of the late submission.
3.) All Overtime Slip, Leave Forms, Offsetting, Change of Schedule and Official Business Forms shall be attached as necessary.
4.) No approved Time Report would mean you are absent on that day and shall be tagged as Leave without pay. If you need to make amendments,
you can reflect this at your next pay period plus a written explanation of the delayed report submission.
