Project Description:
- Create a new input screen for the branches
o A main parameter table to contain all the safe types along with the
customer industries needs to distinguish the customer types
o Parameter screen will be ID’ed by the safe ID and all variations
regarding the safe deposit box size & Industry & Customer Type.
o Parameter screen will contain the flat amount for each safe size and
ALL the industries and their special amounts to distinguish the fees
amount for customer industries.
o A main Safe rental screen, Enter the Account ID along with the safe
Rent Size , Safe Number & rent branch code ( Drop Down Menu ) where
amount , industry & customer Type previously defined in parameter
table and extract some data from the Customer / Account file
o Depending on the parameter table & the rent screen , the fees
required for collection will be defined in said screen (Business to
provide a detailed Industry equation as per conversation)
o An online enquiry attached to the screen to be accessed by all for
information only
o Fees monitor tool will be used with same existing functionality (will
credit a static Suspense account)
o In addition to above process, a new routine will be generated to
debit the Suspense account and credit the PL account according to the
branch defined by the user in the input screen

- An online routine will be developed to create the output file

currently prepared manually in order to be uploaded to the fees
monitoring tool (timings will be discussed)
- The IT Operation to run
- Fees Deduction output report is unchanged as currently existing
- A New output report for debiting the suspense account and crediting
the PL of the safe branch along with showing the safe ID and safe branch.

- T24 will check the system time so that all deposit transaction
executed after 2.00PM will be have an extra one working day in addition
to the currently existing value dates as per hereunder list of currencies
and value dates.

In order to achieve A\M below changes is needed

- Add 2 new fields will be added to existing parameter file
“EB.TAM.H.TT59.PARAM” as follows TRANS.TIME & EXTRA.DAYS &
change the following two routines TAM.V.INP.TT.VAL.DATE &
TAM.V.VAL.TELLER.CCY.VALDATE to read transaction time & compare it
with TRANS.TIME over parameter file if transaction time exceed
mentioned time add number of days mentioned within EXTRA.DAYS to
normal number of days “WRK.DATS” else to read only “WRK.DATS” .
-The change will be according to currency, account type
(Saving/current) based on list in the assumption section
-The change in value date will be reflected in the related deposit slip
-The change will be applied without override from higher level for that
automatic change
-The value date will be editable so that teller can change it, and in this
case there will be an override needed and a message will be displayed
-Other existing validations that may require authorization will remain
unchanged whether it's within same transaction or in other transaction
