boards, limit first class travel, and end taxpayer-financed
settlements for officeholders.
Impose Greater Ethics Enforcement — Overhaul the Office of Government Ethics,
create new ethical code for the Supreme Court, and strengthen oversight of lobbyists
and foreign agents.
