Terms & Conditions
Billing Related
• Bills towards retainer payment will be raised at the beginning of each month. Same should be paid within 30 days
thereof
• Media buy payments needs to be made in full, before starting of the campaigns.

Tax Related
• GST will be charged at 18%.
• TDS @2% may be deducted at time of making payment towards tax deducted at source.

Other Terms
• All third party costs included, but not limited to purchase of copyright images, influencer fees, video production, travel
etc. will be charged extra.
• Media creatives will be charged additionally as per the rate card.
• Cost of video creation, if any, will be billed extra
• We will need 15 days’ time to mobilize the team, after receipt of your confirmation for our proposal
• In the unlikely event of your choosing to discontinue our services, we will need two months’ notice period
