toge ther. String translucent beads ove r both co rds for 8", Separmc th e co rds. Place
th ree beads on [he top cord and (our on the botto m cord. Put the top cord through
th e casting. Add onc bead and a castin g. Repem twO times. Add thrce ma rc beads.
Pur the bottom cord through th e oth er side of th e cas t ing and add two beads.
Repeat two times. Put the cord th rough th e ne xt cast ing and add four bC<lds. Pur
cords back toge ther and run th rough be<tds for 8" or to match rhe fi rst side. Make a

• Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturers instructions for all
products used.
Necklace
Cui a 12" piece of beading wire, slip on a crimp bead and Ihread end
Ihrough a closed jump ring. Bring about a '''" Iail of l'Iire back through
crimp bead and pull gently to remove any space between bead and rir.:].
Press crimp flat using pliers or use crimping tool. The excess l'Iire tail
can be trimmed or beads can be threaded over to hide it.
String on beads as follows: One each 310m silver round, 6mm aqua
bicone, 6mm carved bead, large aqua faceted oval, 6mm carved bead,
6mm aqua bicone, 3mm silver round and aqua 25x20mm fan bead.
AUer fan bead is strung in middle, repeat pattern going backwards and
ending l'Iith attaching another spring ring on opposite end using a crimp
bead. Thread excess l'Iire back through a few beads and trim.
Cut two to" lengths of while ribbon. Tie one ribbon end 10 a jump ring
on beaded strand and double knot. Hint: Using a big eye needle will
make threading riblJon easier. String on beads as follows: One each
sit.,.er filigree lube, 6mm sitver round bead, 6mm silver carved bead,
6mm silver round bead and silver filigree tube. Tape end of riboon to
prevent beads from fall:ng off.
4 Repeat step 3 to attach second ribbon length to other side of beaded
strand and string beads in same pattern. Hold necklace around neck to
determine how much ribbon to trim evenly from both sides for desired
length. Note: Clasp wiD take about I · of space.
Rnish end of ribbon by gathering it Into a roll and placing on inside of a
fold over end chain. Using pliers. press sides of fold over down to secure
ribbon. Attach a silver splil ring and thread on silver lobsler clasp.
Repeal on other side of ribbon ending in just the spring ring.
Earrings
1 String one each 3mm round bead and 4mm bicone onto a head pin,
trim 10 '{," above bioone and form into a loop wilh pliers.
String one 3mm round bead onto an eye pin, trim and make a loop
as before. Make Ihree tolal.
String one each 3mm round bead, 4mm bicone and 310m round bead
onto an eye pin, trim and make loop as before. Make four lolal.
For briolette drops, slip'an eye pln through hole at top of briolelle. Bend
eye pin so loop part stays at top of briolette. Bend again so remaining
tail of eye pin is bent back up toward top (forming into a triangle with
loop at top). Wrap tail end of eye pin around loop end just belol'l loop to
secure briolelle. Trim excess tail of eye pin. Make five total.
Note: The (a), (b) designations wiD help with assembly in laler steps. Slip
one each onto an eye pin in the following order: Eye pin (a), 3mm rOtlnd,
eye pin (b), 3mm (Qund, eye pin (b), 3mm round, eye pin (b), 3mm
round, eye pin (a). Trim pin oN to '{." and fOfm into a loop.
Assemble earring as follO"lvs: Open loop on an eye pin (b) and a«ach to
foop on Euro Lever Earring finding. Open loop on other end of eye pin and
attach one end of both pieces of chain and head pin made in step 1.
Attach one end of eye pin made in step 5 to ooe end of chain and other
end of eye pin to other end of chain 10 form a triangle where two sides
are chain and bottom is eye pin with pins and beads hanging from it.
Attach remaining unaltachOO f:'/C pin (a,l to center eye pin of triangle bottcm.
To altach drops, open loop on top of each briolette and a«ach one to
each bottom eye pin.
Repeat steps ' -9 10 make second earring.

Note: Follow ing these instructions will make a medium size

belt. For a larger belt, cut cords 11 ' 4" in Step 1: for a smaller
one, cut co rd s 9' 4".
Step 1: Cut a piece of cord 10' 4". Fold the cord in half. To tie
a Lark's Head Knot around the donut, thread the folded cen ter
loop through th e donut from th e front. Bring the cord ends lark's Head Knot
around the donut and through the loop. Keeping them even,
pull both ends tight.
Step 2: Tie an overhan d knot in one cord, 1" from -the Lark's
Head Knot. String on Pattern A beads. Slide beads down to the
