With o ne end of each co rd toge th er, ma ke a loop :lncl place a crimp to hold it
toge ther. String translucent beads ove r both co rds for 8", Separmc th e co rds. Place
th ree beads on [he top cord and (our on the botto m cord. Put the top cord through
th e casting. Add onc bead and a castin g. Repem twO times. Add thrce ma rc beads.
Pur the bottom cord through th e oth er side of th e cas t ing and add two beads.
Repeat two times. Put the cord th rough th e ne xt cast ing and add four bC<lds. Pur
cords back toge ther and run th rough be<tds for 8" or to match rhe fi rst side. Make a
loop at the end and crimp toge the r. A ttach rh e spri ng and cye let with jump rings
on both loops to fi nish.

o Rufer For briolette drops, slip'an eye pln through hole at top of briolelle. Bend
o Clear Tape eye pin so loop part stays at top of briolette. Bend again so remaining
o Big Eye Beading Needle (opHonal) tail of eye pin is bent back up toward top (forming into a triangle with
loop at top). Wrap tail end of eye pin around loop end just belol'l loop to
secure briolelle. Trim excess tail of eye pin. Make five total.
Note: The (a), (b) designations wiD help with assembly in laler steps. Slip
one each onto an eye pin in the following order: Eye pin (a), 3mm rOtlnd,
eye pin (b), 3mm (Qund, eye pin (b), 3mm round, eye pin (b), 3mm
round, eye pin (a). Trim pin oN to '{." and fOfm into a loop.
Assemble earring as follO"lvs: Open loop on an eye pin (b) and a«ach to
foop on Euro Lever Earring finding. Open loop on other end of eye pin and
attach one end of both pieces of chain and head pin made in step 1.
Attach one end of eye pin made in step 5 to ooe end of chain and other
end of eye pin to other end of chain 10 form a triangle where two sides
are chain and bottom is eye pin with pins and beads hanging from it.
Attach remaining unaltachOO f:'/C pin (a,l to center eye pin of triangle bottcm.
To altach drops, open loop on top of each briolette and a«ach one to
each bottom eye pin.
Repeat steps ' -9 10 make second earring.

Note: Follow ing these instructions will make a medium size


belt. For a larger belt, cut cords 11 ' 4" in Step 1: for a smaller
one, cut co rd s 9' 4".
Step 1: Cut a piece of cord 10' 4". Fold the cord in half. To tie
a Lark's Head Knot around the donut, thread the folded cen ter
loop through th e donut from th e front. Bring the cord ends lark's Head Knot
around the donut and through the loop. Keeping them even,
pull both ends tight.
Step 2: Tie an overhan d knot in one cord, 1" from -the Lark's
Head Knot. String on Pattern A beads. Slide beads down to the
knot. Tie an overhand knot after the last bead. Repeat step on
