Warm Greetings!

Teachers play an essential role in education. These noble obligation is not only limited to
the four walls of the classroom. They are not just challenged to enhance the skills and
mould the character of their learners within the school premises alone. Instead, they carry
such enormous responsibility in every places and every situation they are into. In reality
teachers’ services are better needed in the streets and in the community where children
and young people who are less privileged to go to school and less opportune to access
quality education and character development.

With all these, the teaching force of Pagsulhugon National High School will conduct a
Month-long TEACHERS’ OUTREACH PROGRAM with the theme: “Reaching the
Unreached through Education” on July 14, 21, & 28, 2018 at Pagsulhugon National High
School Multi-purpose Hall. The program will be conducted in three consecutive Saturdays
in the Month of July and will culminate on August 4, 2018. The program primarily aims to
provide its services and activities to the ________ children and adults of Zone 5, Brgy.
Pagsulhugon.

In connection, the undersigned and the teaching staff of the school, who are in unison to the
visions of the program, would like to seek your approval in the conduct of the activity on
the above-mentioned date. We are as well humbly asking your assistance and cooperation
during the conduct of the event by encouraging our target participants to attend the said
Outreach Program and disseminating the details of the event. The school will be
coordinating with DTI Tacloban/Babatngon for a conduct of a Livelihood Training on the
culmination of the outreach program. Attached herewith is the Matrix of the activity for the
Month-long program.

visions of the program, would like humbly seek your assistance and establish partnership with
your good office in the conduct of the event. In the demonstration activities in Chocolate and
Banana Chips making the training participants would be very grateful if they can be given or
assisted with the necessary cooking ingredients & utensils with equipped resource person who
will execute the said activity. Also, for the successful conduct of this wonderful opportunity to
the residents of Pagsulhugon, it will be truly beneficial if your good office can provide us with
