Diamond Volume Management Diamond Volume Management

(DVM) designs ensure that neither ROP or stability is compromized in
the bit design. Profile and cutter placement are tailored to the application
in order to achieve the longest run length at high overall ROP.

Quantec Force Cutters These cutters are the result of the very latest in
diamond manufacturing technology. The interface between the diamond
table and carbide substrate has been optimized for even greater
durability and thermal stability. These application specific cutters have
been field-proven as being 6 times more wear resistant than anything
that preceded them.

Gauge Protection High quality TSP material is utilized to give superior

wear resistance and thus long bit runs. Optional Hex-shaped TSP
material allows tighter packing for ultra abrasive environments.
