AFFIDAVIT OF BORROWER

I, MELCHOR P. LOPEZ, of legal age, married to Leilani Lopez, and a

resident of Balibagab Este, Santa Barbara, Iloilo, after having been sworn
according to law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am one of the co-owners of a parcel of land located at Balibagab

Este, Santa Barbara, Iloilo with Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
No.:CT-5245 containing an area of One Hundred Forty Seven
Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty One (147,721) Square
Meters;

2. That my residential house with a floor area of 50 square meters

is located in the above-described property and is situated on my share
of said property;

3. That the above-described property is currently mortgaged before the

Rural Bank of Zarraga, Iloilo; and

4. That this affidavit is executed as a requirement for the approval of my

application for loan with Rural Bank of Zarraga, Inc. and for other legal
purpose it may serve.
