VI. PARTICIPANTS
The target participants of this activity are Grade 12 students, Faculty, Staff, and
Administrators of Ateneo de Naga University Senior High School department.
VII. RATIONALE
Ateneo de Naga University aims for its students to be holistically developed under Ignatian
formation upon graduation, as men and women for others. In line with this vision, proposed
herewith is the graduation ball exclusive for Grade 12 students, to celebrate their
completion of the additional two years of high school, being one of the pioneer batches of
senior high school under the K+12 program, and the pioneer batch of Ateneo de Naga
University Senior High School department.
The Graduation Ball will be held at the Avenue Convention Plaza on March 23, 2018, from
6:00-11:00 PM. With the motif Midnight Forest, this ball will serve as an official avenue for
the Grade 12 Senior High School students to bond with each other one last time in a social
setting, through production numbers, collaborative activities, and open dance floor. Also,
their completion is to be duly recognized by the Grade 11 students, who in turn will also be
graduating the year after, and may possibly organize a graduation ball of their own in honor
of their commencement exercises.
VIII. OBJECTIVES
After this activity, the participants should be able to:
a. foster respect for human dignity, simplicity, and solidarity
b. complement learning experience with real life application of refinement, social
graces, proper etiquette, and decorum
c. nurture and appreciate differences
d. educate adolescents how to socialize properly in preparation for future adult
social functions
e. express one’s self as an individual
f. demonstrate unity as allied strands
g. join one another socially as the pioneer batch
X. PROGRAM FLOW
This is the general proceeding of the event. Production numbers, activities, and other
specific program concerns will be formulated and chosen by the Program Flow
committee.
*A more detailed and specific program flow shall be submitted by the Program Flow committee
under the tutelage of Joshua Alex Binza once finalized by the committee and the Overall Event
Head.
