LUZADAS, the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 600,000.00) as
PARTIAL PAYMENT of the land we bought from AMELIA TOMELDEN AND
HER CHILDREN, with an area of 200 sq. meters, more or less, covered by
TCT No. 280675, located at Libsong West, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
The balance of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00)
shall be paid on or before June 30, 2018.
