AFFIDAVIT OF BUYER/TRANSFEREE

I, CARLO LISANDRO L. GONZALEZ, of legal age, Filipino, single, resident of Valencia City,
Bukidnon, representing ULTICON BUILDERS INCORPORATED as COO/SVP, after having been
duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law depose and say:

1. That I am the VENDEE of a parcel of land located at Sugod, Valencia City, Bukidnon with an
area of TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTEEN Square Meters (28,316
SQ. M.) covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-16831;

2. That I acquired the said parcel of land from RUTCHELLE S. LEGASPI as evidenced by a
Deed of Absolute Sale entered in the notarial register of Notary Public Atty. Marco R. Hinlo
dated April 13, 2018 at Malaybalay City under Doc. No. 304; Page No. 61; Book No. VI; Series
of 2018;

3. That this affidavit is being executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1, Series
of 1989 as well as to show proof that the Ulticon Builders Incorporated total aggregate
landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five
(5) hectares;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve;
