RULES AND REGULATION FOR SPEECH CONTEST

1. Participant should submit a copy of script to the committee during technical meeting.
2. Each Department sends maximal two representatives.
3. The participant should come to the venue 30 minutes before the competition start.
4. Participant are not allowed to read the whole text during the speech instead of the
keynotes
5. The participants are given 5-7 minutes to deliver the speech.
6. Before the competition start, each participant will be given 15 minutes time for
preparation.
7. Participant are not allow to bring English/Indonesia dictionary
8. After the third calling, the contestant who is not present, his/her turn will be moved into
last turn.
9. The adjudicator’s decisions are absolute.
