What are the three steps in writing a conclusion?

Example:

Thesis statment: The attack on the twin towers was a terrorist attack that caused much
havoc to the US and remained for history.

Conclusion:

The attack on the twin towers was very well planned, many people died and will be
remembered forever.

The attack shocked the US and forced them to attack all the countries of the Middle
East.

Finally, when Osama bin Laden decided to attack the US, he hoped to have avenged
himself. It was a very bad decision since he died for the US armed forces.
