GENERAL:

1. The following document submitted by the subcon is approved and based on the codes and
standards.
2. The document submitted is sign and sealed by Professional Electrical Engr. And supervise by
registered electrical engr. In the said project.
3. The codes and standards are based on the following.
 PEC – Philippine Electrical Code
 NEC – National Electrical Code
 NESC – National Electrical Safety Code
 NETA ATS – Acceptance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Distribution and
Equipment and Systems.

SUBMITTALS:

1. Subcontractor will submit approval for all the materials, tools and equipment for them to
proceed.
2. Subcontractor will submit also testing procedure, testing methodology, calibration
certificate, as-built plan.
3. Daily Inspection and Punch listing: Inspectors shall keep records of inspections and punch
list forms, and shall furnish daily inspection reports to the PIC/PM of the project. Reports
shall indicate that the work inspected was or was not completed in accordance with the
Drawings and Specifications. Discrepancies shall be brought to the immediate attention of
the PIC/PM of the project.
4. Final Inspections and Close-out of Punchlist form: Final reports documenting the required
inspections, tests and corrections of any discrepancies noted in previous inspections and
test shall be submitted as required by the specific section and/or to validate that the
completion of the phase of work or the acceptance of completed work is accordance with
the drawings and specifications.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

1. If the Plans or Specifications do not appear clear or definitive, the Subcontractor shall
request the PIC/PM through “Request for Information” (RFI) process for an interpretation
and decision of same, and shall have such questions decided before proceeding with the
work.
2. If the Subcontractor see that there is missing or incomplete in the plans, they will do shop
drawing and clarification as the form of Request for Approval (RFA).
3. DPI QA/QC will provide manufacturer test forms such as panel boards, devices and
equipment we supply, specification of different materials that DPI will provide for the
subcontractor to attached at their final turnover to us.

PRODUCT

1. All the materials that the subcontractor will use is not reuse or scrap prior for the
installation and standard.

COORDINATION
1. Subcontractor will always coordinate to different trades before performing their work for
them to not lead misunderstanding and reworks.

EXECUTION

1. Upon completion of the electrical work, perform test and provide test reports as specified in
the methodology of works.
2. Test shall be made in the presence of an DPI QA/QC, DPI MEPFS Engr. And subcontractor
representative.
3. If the Pre-com are done, the subcontractor shall submit copies to the DPI QA/QC and DPI
MEPFS Engr. With complete documents including test result, witnessed and signed with
updated date.
4. After inspections and pre-com, energization of all power will be done. Close-out of said
punchlist will also done.
5. The subcontractor will file/invite the inspector for there final inspection and testing with
punchlisting. After all, done and close they will also submit copies to DPI QA/QC for filling
and attachment of Turn-Over to owner.

INSPECTIONS AND TEST

1. Testing and electrical inspection includes that all the system and fixture are well function
and energize.
