Eni eSupplier Portal –Master Registration Manual

Introduction
The purpose of this document is to illustrate the functions available to the Supplier to register the
master user for each Eni Supplier.

The master is an employee appointed by the legal representative of the supplier for the activity
of creation and attribution of profiling of all users in his/her company who have to perform
activities related to portal-based processes.

The registration of each supplier to the Eni eSupplier portal takes place in two successive steps:
1- The definition of a master for the company
2- Enabling individual users by the master, with activation of the related profiles.

Every supplier that needs to operate on the portal has to define a master; it is possible to attribute
the role of master for multiple companies (for example in the case of groups) to the same person
(userID), proceeding with the registration for each company as specified in this manual.

In particular, the Master users:

1. preserve and keep their own access credentials to the Eni Spa Supplier Portal
confidential, changing the password every time they consider that someone else has
come to know it;
2. provide the activation management of the users of their own Supplier Company, assigning
one or more profiles to each user, according to the roles performed by these users within
the Supplier Company organization;
3. periodically check the validity of active users and the adequacy of the profiles assigned to
the role performed by each user within the Supplier Company organization, providing for
their modification or deactivation. In particular, promptly they disable users in the event
of organizational changes or in the event of employment termination of authorized
persons.
