The observer observed that the Landmark offers different kind of promotion like personal selling

and sales promotion. Personal selling involves a one to one communication between buyers while

sales promotion is a tool that is used for short term sales. They provide discounts like 50% off in

some of their items and different kinds of promos like buy 2 items in a discounted price.

There are multiple sales representatives in every section in the landmark. The observer observed

that those sales representatives is very accommodating to their customers and they eagerly

promote the different products assigned to them especially their newly launched product.

LANDMARK GIFT BLOWOUT

PROMO MECHANICS

1. Every P 5,000 in a single receipt purchase ( cash or credit) entities customers to a raffle

coupon accumulated receipt are allowed but each receipt must not be less than P300 .

Proceed to the customer service section of either the Department store or Supermarket for

receipt validation and redemption of raffle coupons.

2. Write complete name, address, telephone number and signature on each raffle coupon.

Drop entry is located at the customer service within the department store and

supermarket.

3. Promo start on August 15 and ends on November 20, 2018. The grand draw is on

November 21, 2018 and will be held at Landmark Makati Food canter.
4. Prizes at stake for the grand draw

100 winners of P10, 000 worth of landmark gift certificate

(GC comes in 500 denomination with one year validity upon receipt)

5. Deadline for dropping of coupon is on Nov 20, 2018 until closing time. All drop boxes

must be sealed, collected and transferred to the tambiolo before the actual drawing of the

winners in the presence of a DTI representative.

6. A winner can only win once.

7. All the winner will be notified through email. The names of the winner will likewise be

published in a leading newspaper and will be posted at Landmark Makati, Trinoma,

Alabang Customer Service section.

8. Prizes should be claimed at Landmark Makati’s ad promo office from Tuesday to

Thursday between 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm only except during holidays. They must present

the winning coupon (the bigger portion), together with the registered notice with any

two(2) of the following valid identification: driver’s licensed; company ID; Passport; SSS

ID; TIN ID; Professional regulation Commission (PRC) ID; Postal ID; Voters ID; Senior

Citizen ID and it if minor, a certified true copy of Birth Certificate and School ID.

9. All prizes are not convertible and transferable

10. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of notification will be

forfeited in favor of the Landmark with the prior approval of DTI. The decision of the

organizer is final with written concurrence from the DTI.

11. Employees of the Landmark Corp. and Citysuper Inc., its concessionaries , advertising

agency and printers and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or

affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
