THE LOAN PROCESS

Step 1. Data Extraction from different sources websites, data vendors, Association,
Existing customers.

Step 2. Lead Generation from Campaigning and inbound data. Campaigning in which
customer positive response through Email and SMS .

Step 3. Data Enrichment and cleaning for the call center so that the telecallers can call
prospect customers and generate the leads.

Step 4. Pre Approved offer for customers are generated as Bajaj Offer 3-30lakh
Amount in flexi unsecure loan. Preapproved offer is generated as per previous record
of the customer and CIBIL score.

Step 5. After pre approved offer is generated, data of prospect customers is sent to the
HGS and TCS call center where Bajaj has its call center tie-up where telecallers call
customer and generate the leads.

Step 6. Call center lead generation the telecallers call the prospect customer and
explain the product offered by Bajaj if the prospect customer looks interested the lead
is generated in the SFDC software for further processing.

Step 7. After lead is generated it is assigned to the location sales managers through
SFDC every communications done through SFDC.

Step 8. After lead is assigned to the location Sales Manager he again contact the
customer and explain the process of loan to the customer and all the documents
required to take things further.

Step 9. Meeting with the customer and in personal explain all the details and collect
documents if customer feels interested to avail loan from Bajaj .

Step 10. Documents are collected from the customer and eligibility is checked if
eligible then sent further in the login process.
Step 11. System login all the documents are verified and input in the system to login
the file if everything as per requirement file sent to next process that is final offer
generation.

Step 12. After login final offer is generated it may be more or less than the
preapproved offer it is the final amount offered to the customer.
Step 13. Final offer is communicated to the customer by the sales manager and if
customer agrees the file gets disbursed and if customer says no the file gets rejected.

Step 14. If customer agrees with all the terms stated above the file gets disbursed and
the customer will the get the amount in his virtual account and he will not be charged
unless until he move that amount in his main bank account.
