AFFIDAVIT

I, PETER KARANJA KIBUI, of post office Box 25409 - 00602, Nairobi within republic
of Kenya, holder of Identification Card 28438907 do hereby make Oaths and state as
follows:-

1. THAT I am of sound mind hence competent to swear this affidavit.

2. THAT I am the owner of the motor vehicle registration number KWQ078

ISUZU VAN.

3. THAT I bought the motor vehicle from DAVID MBUGUA KAMAU who bought
it from CHARLES MAINA KIMAMO of id number 3457144.

4. THAT CHARLES MAINA KIMAMO bought the said motor vehicle from
GLOBAL FREIGHT LOGISTICS LIMITED back in 2013 and he did not transfer
the logbook to his names.
5. THAT I want to transfer the said motor vehicle to my names and also do a
booking so that am able to go for inspection.

6. THAT I swear this affidavit conscientiously believing everything contained

herein is true and in accordance with Oaths and statutory declaration Act CAP
15 of the laws of Kenya
