I, JOCELYN PECAOCO-LAO, of legal age, with residence at Taculing, Bacolod

City, Philippines, do hereby appoint VERGIE PECAOCO-DAZO, likewise of legal age,
with address at Fortune Town, Bacolod City, Philippines, as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and perform the following acts:

a) That I am authorizing my sister Vergie P. Dazo to file, process and transact my

Application for Retention with the Department of Agrarian Reform for the
following parcel of land:

b) To transact and process with the Department of Agrarian Reform and/or any other
government and private offices or agencies in connection with my Application for
Retention of the above-named properties;

c) To execute, sign and receive any papers/documents in relation thereto, to pay and

therefrom; and to do any and all acts necessary to carry into effect the authority
herein granted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and

authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that any of my attorney-in-fact or her substitutes shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof.
