In witness whereof the undersigned, duly author- ized by their respective Governments, have signed the present Final Act Done at The Hague, this fourteenth day of May, 1954, in the English, French, Russian and Spanish languages. The original and the documents accom- panying it shall be deposited in the archives of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. 4 La Conferencia convocada por la Organizacién de las Naciones Unidas para la Educactén, la Ciencia y la Cultura con objeto de preparar y aprobar tuna Convencién para la Proteccién de los Bienes Cutturaies en caso de conflicto armado, tun Reglamento para Ja Aplicacién de dicha Con- un Protocolo relativo a la Convencién para la Proteccién de los Bienes Culturales en caso de Con- flicto Armado, se ha reunido en La Haya por invitacién del Go- bierno de los Paises Bajos desde el 21 de abril al 14 de mayo de 1954 y deliberado sobre proyectos preparados por la Organizacién de las Naciones Unt- das para la Educacién, ta Ciencia y la Cultura. La Conferencia ha adoptado los textos siguientes: La Convencién de La Haya para la Proteccién de los Bienes Culturales en caso de Conilicto Armado y el Reglamento para la Aplicacién de dicha Con- vencién; y un Protocolo para la Proteccién de los Bienes Culturales en caso de Conflicto Armado. Esa Convencion, ese Reglamento y ese Protocolo, ‘cuyos textos han sido redactados en espafil, francés, inglés y ruso, aparecen anexos a la presente Acta, La Organizacién de las Naciones Unidas para la Educacién, la Ciencia y la Cultura realizard la tra duccién de estos textos en las otras lenguas oficiales de su Conferencia General La Conferencia ha adoptado ademas tres resolu clones, igualmente anexas a la presente Acta. En fe de lo cual, los infrascritos, debidamente autorizados por sus respectivos Gobiernos, han fir- mado la presente Acta Final. Otorgada en La Haya, el 14 de mayo de 1954, en espafiol, francés, inglés y ruso.
